Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
Random Death Match, also goes by RDM, is a situation when a user picks up a fight, or in other words damages an another player for no valid reason.
Steve is bored and wanna have fun. He sees a person walking by the street alone, picks his gun up and sprays him down.
Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
New Life Rule, also goes by NLR, is a rule to help improve the RP experience. Under this rule, when a person dies, they have to forget what has happened on their previous life, and also cannot go back to the district they have died for 3 minutes. NLR doesn't apply when a person gets defibed (a person respawning another person with a special weapon called defibrillator), and to police officers during PD raids, bank raids, active nukes. If a person has an active NLR on a district or multiple districts, an NLR timer appears on the top middle of their screen.
Steve is basing when a gangster raids him. Steve ends up dying; however, he doesn't wanna let go of his printers and other stuff, so he comes back before 3 minutes has passed to his base to kill the gangster.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
First of all, I would make sure the accuser is not in RP situation, and free for a teleport. Then I'd take accuser to a rooftop and listen to the story on his point of view. Then I proceed by asking them for a proof. If a valid proof or a valid reason is provided by them, I'd teleport to the accused person to make sure they are not in RP situation. After teleporting the accused, I'd ask him to state the story on his point of view. If the evidence is clear or accused accepts his rulebreak, I'd make sure they understand the rule, and remind them to read the rules. After that, I'd give the punishment if needed and teleport everyone back to their previous locations, or spawn (if their previous position is not safe)
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
First of all, I would make sure the accuser is not in RP situation, and free for a teleport. Then I'd take accuser to a rooftop and listen to the story on his point of view. Then I proceed by asking them for a proof(video most preferably). If a valid proof is provided by them, in this situation, logs are not counted as valid proof, as what happened could be a lot different than what it seems on logs, I'd teleport to the accused person to make sure they are not in RP situation.
Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words):
I have been a part of SSRP community for a bit more than couple of years, and have faced a lot of different situations. I have become staff multiple times, and have yet to abuse my powers. With this experience I have, I can handle difficult situations efficiently and fairly.
I spend most of my time on SSRP interacting with other users, trying to help everyone have an enjoyable RP experience. I am usually active more than 4 hours on SSRP, therefore I am a good candidate to help people with their problems both in peak and off-peak times.
During my stay on SSRP, I feel like it is my duty as a community member to help new people to understand the game, and have a knowledge of commands and rules. Also, I like helping people when they are short in money or have lost their valuable items.
I don't hold a grudge for someone or rage because of what has happened in-game. I'd rather keep my cool and try not to hurt anyone's feelings. So far I have never had a conflict or drama, and don't intend to create one either.
Thanks for reading, I would appreciate your feedback!
