Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
The killing of a player on the server without a justified and legal reason.
example: A person is using the bank and is randomly approached and killed by another player, that would be RDM.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
After dying in an area on the map you will receive an NLR, it means you are not to return to that area until your timer runs out.
If you are killed and then return to the same area within the timer you are breaking NLR.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would ask for context in how the player RDM'd him and give the player a chance to admit he killed the other person, if the logs and story add up I would warn player y

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

I would check if he has broken NLR by any official means but if he has finished his timer I would speak to the both of them and depending on how the conversation goes warn player y

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words):

I believe I would be suited to the role of moderator as I have previously dealt with managing game servers and I was an outfit leader on a popular Planetside 2 outfit.
I know how to deal with people in a respectful and courteous manor. I know to be impartial when making decisions regarding warnings, bans and other moderator actions.
Finally, I am someone who is friends with alot of the players of this server as it stands so I'm not going go on a power trip thinking I'm bigger than everyone else, I know how to be serious when it's required and when to joke around.
