Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
RDM/Attempted RDM is when a player kills or damages another player with no valid RP reason.
Example: Player A goes gun dealer, buys a weapon, and goes around to other players killing them because he felt like it.
Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
NLR is when a player is killed/dies and must spawn back forgetting all previous memories and interactions of their former life, they also must not return to the district of death for 3 minutes (NLR timer above screen).
Example: Player A is killed by cops after opening fire on them when they tried arresting him, Player A goes back to the district of death straight after spawning to continue what he was previously doing, NLR has been broken.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would ask player y his reasoning for killing player x, if he confesses to it I would look up his previous warnings to determine if he is deserving of an RDM warning. If he has no previous warnings for RDM I would let him off with a verbal warning. However, if player y responds with a valid reason for killing player x I would instead continue on to ask player x if he had any evidence to support his claim. If so, I would log both of their information (steamid and steam profile) and ask that he upload it and send it to me so I may deal with it properly. If not, I will tell him there's nothing I can do without proper evidence besides keep an eye out for it. Afterwards I would recommend both players to record whenever they play so any issues that may arise can be dealt with efficiently and swiftly with the proper evidence, afterwards I would end the sit.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would check the districts both deaths were in, if they both were in the same district I would ask player y his reasoning for killing player x. I would also verbally warn player y to not break nlr by going back to the district of his previous death (if he had no recent warnings for NLR). I would also ask player x and y if either of them had any evidence to support either claims in the case that it may of been rdm/revenge rdm on top of the NLR.
Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words):
Ever since the cheating recent I've gotten I've by far learned my lesson and have tried in every way I can to make amends for it. I still strongly believe I can do a phenomenal job as a staff member for ZARP and become a real asset to the team. I have the drive to be as best as I can be and to help the community in any way possible. I was staff on the sister community Friendly Players for about two years and during that time the experience I received I believe I could easily translate onto ZARP to help not only the SSRP servers but the community as a whole even if it were small things here and there. All and all I want to help the SSRP servers and the community improve and grow, and to help benefit the experience of other players by preventing rule breaks on the server so that the community can be a more welcoming sight for new players to possibly consider staying for the long run.
