Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server: At first, I would give them a warning unless they are harassing or spamming racist messages. If done I would mute them instantly. But, if normal messages are spammed I would warn them if continued I would punish them.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: First look at the situation and then give the player a warning. If continued he will be punished.

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario: Ghosting is a term used when people in a gamemode such as murder are dead and telling locations, roles or info that shouldn't be spread because it ruins the fun.
For example: When I get murdered in the gamemode Murder. I wasn't fast enough to tell who the murderer was I shouldn't ruin the fun and tell everyone who it is over communication programs such as Skype.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): By choosing me as a moderator you will acquire an active, fun, friendly person. I will deal with the people that violate the rules of the server and punish them. I will also bring joy to the server and joke around like a normal player would and not just act like a Moderator. I've also had experience owning a server in TF2. My experience being staff: TF2 and Minecraft.
