Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
I feel that my time has a moderator as helped me learn how to use the staff command correctly, it helped me learn when and which punishment i need to give when people disrespect the rules and it allow me to be fair with everyone !

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
A group of player came to spawn and used their tool gun to prop spam, i froze them and warned them and they started again. As the server was starting to lag and couldnt freeze the props or remove them, ive seen a massive amount of tree props so and they where spawned by one of the guy i had warned so i decided to kick him and all of the other prop spammer disconnected from the server.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

Hello player x, first i would like to give you my congratulations for becoming a moderator. In this post i will give you information's on the commands you will be using to do your moderator job.

The first thing you will be using as a moderator is called the Administrative Center, to access it you will need to press F1. From there you will be able to see players F1 (report), Logs, Warning and Active NLR.

Administrative Center

Report
We will start with the Players F1, in this section you will be able to see the F1 that are already handled by another staff member and those who are not handled. To handle a f1 you will need to right click on it and choose “Handle This” After if you right click on the chose F1 again you will now be able to go to the player or bring him to yourself. After dealing with the F1 you will need to Click again on the handled F1 and choose “Mark as Finished”. If for any reason you cant do what you need for the F1 (for example removing props of a broken dupe.) you can click on the F1 and choose “Abort handling this” and another staff member will be able to take this F1.

Logs
Next Section is called logging commonly called logs, these keep track of kills, deaths, defibs, arrests, hits, job/name changes, and players joining or leaving the game. You can only see what happened since you are online, not before.

Warnings
Next section is called warnings, from there you will be able to see all warns given during the day, who gave it, Give another warn or remove the warn and see the reason of the warn.

Active NLR
last tab of the administrative center is called Active NLR, from there you will be able to see all active nlr players have and when does it will end. But its not saying if they are breaking it.


F6 Menu
Another thing you can access as a mod is called the f6 menu, With this you will be able to see all punishment of a player (including bans, warns, kicks, mutes, slays, and jails) its including ALL of them so they can be 5 years old and you can always see them. You can see all online player in the list or search one with is Steam-ID.

Commands
becoming a mod also include new commands, these command are the following one.
/kick (Steam ID) : kick the chosen user from the server
/chatmute (Steam ID) (time) : make a player unable to use in-game chat for a chosen amount of time
/freeze (Steam ID) (time) : make a player not able to move for chosen selected amount of time
/slay (Steam ID) : slay the chosen user
/voicemute (Steam ID) (time) : make a player unable to use in-game vocal chat for the chosen amount of time
/tp (Steam ID) : teleport the chosen player where your crosshair is pointing
/go to (Steam ID) : teleport yourself to the chosen player
/bring (Steam ID) : bring the chosen player to yourself
/back (Steam ID) : teleport the chosen user where he was before getting teleported
/backspawn (Steam ID) : teleport a user back to spawn
/warn (Steam ID) (reason) : warn the target for the chosen reason
/unwarn (Steam ID) : remove the last active warn a player got
Note : You can also use most of these commands from the tab menu.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hello, player x! I have spoken to the admin who handled your appeal, and we decided to remove the perm ban to a 2 days ban, as it is your first ban and you seem to have learned from your actions we decided to give you a second chance and we hope you do not break rules in the future.


Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words):
I think i should be promoted to admin because i have been doing my best to help the more people i could, with my very limited power. As the ex-owner of ProximityRP i already knew most of the commands and some tricks whe can do with them (for example freezing ourself to be protected from damage and arrest). I always try to deal with the more f1 i can by using these type of tricks. But its not always that easy, when people break rules it can be hard to take care of them rapidly as whe cant use our physgun to grab them and freeze them so they have time to break more rules, without no clip whe need to teleport on a roof so its taking much longer than just no cliping. Whe cant jail people so they just kill themself to evade sit and when people are prop spamming/blocking whe cant remove everyone are doing f1 saying that spawn is blocked or something like this but the only thing whe can do is to bring the prop blocker to a roof, warn him and wait for him to remove is props or kick him in the worst case. So without all these power i cant deal with all type of f1 so i would like to be promoted to admin to be able to make more people enjoying the game without rule breaker and being sure to give punishment by the rule they break and not by who they are or what rank they have !
Im almost always online when there is no other staff member on the server and my summer break start this friday so my playing time will increase rapidly.

I want to thank you all for reading my admin application and i hope i will be able to keep my promise on everything i said in my app.
