How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
I have helped the servers in my time as TTT staff and have gained a lot of experience in that time. I think that me having more tools will help the servers.
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want):
I have gotten a lot of experience in my time as TTT staff and i have a stable activity every week and it is growing quickly. I think that with some more tools i can help the servers more. I know my activity has been pretty bad recently(mostly because i was gone) but it is getting better.
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
There have been cases when someone has been hacking and i haven't been able to anti cheat the player. The case still got fixed but it took more time than it would have if i was a SA.

I would talk to both the reported and the one that reported and listen to both stories. After listening to both sides i would decide what side is correct and either say

A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
I would talk to the guy that banned the user and ask him why the staff banned the user for so long. If it really was to long then i would tell the staff that banned to edit the ban and make it shorter to make it the right time.

A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
I would help the staff to deal with the user so that both parts will get happy/happier in the end.

A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
I would firstly talk to the person that is accusing and ask for proof. If there is proof i would have to go to the accused staff and ask them to stop. If there isn't any proof i would ask for the story and the talk to the accused staff about it. I would then keep an eye on the accused player just in case he really is abusing and go from there.

A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
I would tell them both to stop being disrespectful and ask them both why because there might be a valid reason someone is disrespectful to someone else. And if there really isn't a valid reason i will tell them to stop and that we should all be friendly in the community.

You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
I would tell them to stop and see if they knew that they were doing anything wrong. If they didn't know i would tell them the rules and later keep and eye on the staff. If They knew what they did was wrong then i will tell them to stop or they might get demoted.
