TOPIC: [TTT Head Administrator] Raeker's Application

Thanks for the positive feedback everyone! There is of course the argument to be made that we have enough HA's, however I thought that a few weeks ago as well and someone else got the rank.

So I might as well apply anyway - besides, what harm is there in accepting me? It's not like there's a maximum number of HA's on a server, and I'd do more good than harm.

let me put it a different way - I think there could be less head admins whilst still having raeker being one of them because I think he deserves it more than some current ones

My comment wasn't to critisize the latest Head Admin, but to explain why I'm applying currently and will keep doing so until I get the rank. I originally believed there to be enough so I didn't apply as I didn't see any reason. However, someone else got promoted. I'm not saying I deserve it more than them or that they don't deserve it at all, but you need to understand how horrible it feels to purposely not apply only for someone else to get promoted.

As the number of HA's simply isn't, and can't be, a problem, I will keep applying. Simple as that.

What is the point in having less staff help? There shouldn’t be a rejection because there is “too many HA s”. If the candidate is good enough (which he is) then he should be accepted.

Raeker's a very reasonable and clear candidate for this role. Takes initiative, shows compassion, and likes to be very reasonable when approaching situations while avoiding unnecessary conflict. I don't play on TTT, but I've seen these traits in him throughout my time on the forums and speaking to him personally, and I just think he's doing a great job at being a good person.
