I've been in the community for 3 years. And i SSRP was the first server i played on, I played it for about 2 years and 6 months till i quit it at some point, and i came back.

How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator: I done my work, But i have also done some mistakes in the past which everyone does at times. I am friendly, i'm decently active and handle As many f1's as i can if i have time. I play on 2 Servers. TTT and SSRP. (Been Admin on Deathrun too) So i have a lot of experiance. I know how to do my job correctly and if people needs help and if i have time, i do all i can to get on and get them the help they need. I have a lot of fun with RP and in Admin. I love handling reports but everyone knows it gets boring after time. And being with the admins and moderators is realy nice to do. Especally if they're good friends *Ahem* XxmasterxX *Ahem*
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want): I think i'm a good candiadate, because i do my job, I help people a lot, If people make an f1 and i don't have logs, i hop on the admin chat and asks for it. And i help the players in the sit. I am gently and friendly in f1s, And i havent heard anyone say anything about me handling reports wrong (From players). I also listen to people a lot. If people tells me something in admin chat, if i need to do something, i usally do it as fast as possible unless i am busy doing something else either in RP on out of game or in real life. Or if im just busy talking to people on Skype, TS, Discord etc...
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available: I was on the server, i saw someone speed hacking, as he ran 4x faster then the Amphetamine does. So you can see diffrence. i asked him if he was using hacks, He kept on saying no, I got a Head Admin Online, and he anti cheated him, And he was hacking. I also family shared checked him, And he was a Community Banned Member. So he was banned for using alt and hacking.

Hello Player x. I have looked over the report and with the proof provided i can see that the staff member was clearly breaking rules and also abusing. What this staff member did is defenatly not tolerated and accaptabe. Thanks for making the report! We will bring it up in the Lead Team meeting.

Hello Player y, I have looked over the report and i've comed to a conclusion to deny this as you do not have proof of this happening. I will still speak to the staff member about this and ask what happened. Feel free to make Another report with proof provided.

A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly? Staff Member 253. You shouldnt ban people for a year for MASS RDM, Disrespect and LTAP. I suggest you to fix the ban to 2 weeks or less as a year is too much. We want our users to stay, not to be banned for too long time. If you don't fix it, i will do it myself alrigth? Thanks.

Hello Staff Member 642, Are you struggling with it? i can help you if you need. Alrigth. I see in logs that he killed him 3 times at the same time within 30 seconds. Both NLR and RDM x3 (If it's atleast 3 Times RDM, It counts as MASS RDM) And you should jail him for 5 minutes and warn him. If he keeps on doing this, You can go ahead and ban him, As you've warned him about it.

Hello, What's going on here? What did he do? He just went up to me, and Shot me and Killed me, when i was just standing there not doing anything. And came back and just shot me again. Alrigth. I see in logs he killed you. Why did you kill me Staff Member 385? Staff Member 853 Mugged me in public while i had a gun out, So i shot him. He attemted to do it twice. But what with the NLR? Staff Member 385, Why are you disrespecting Staff Member 493? Cause he were randomly going around and keep on RDMing me, So i said F off, cause he were being annoying, And F Off wouldnt realy count as disrespect as it basicly means Go Away. Bro, You're a staff member, And we are a trusted team. You're making people want to leave the community for that. Please don't break rules or abuse you're powers to do that. It harms the users and we don't wanna lose our Users as we want them to enjoy and like the server. If you do this again, you'll get in trouble. Alrigth? Thank you....
