I notice that Player A joins the game with 11 recent warnings so i decide to ban him for 1 day

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hello there Player X !
I see that you've made an appeal for unban. After seeing that you're sorry for all you've done i will make sure to greet you back on the server since i believe second chance exists .

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):. Deep inside i feel like Zarp is one of this servers that i will never forget , because of that i really want to keep supporting it. I'm doing my job maturely as promised , and i value every report important. I'm trying to teach new players basics and rules also i do that with more experience players who break the rules they didn't even know about. I'd love to be an admin , since i know rules and know how to do my job.

Hello Richie

You have a decent application.
Good activity.
No idea how you are in game with your powers.
But really nice.
One thing about your application is:

If for example a player has 10 (or more) recent warnings, tell him that if he breaks one more rule/gets one more warning he will get a ban for 1 day. Don't just ban the player, make him have the choice if he wants to be banned or not.
