Before I respond directly to a few of the comments, I would like to thank everyone for their support and advice on what I should improve on. I truly meant it when I said I appreciate all feedback. I am incredibly hard on myself, but even with that, I can often be blind to the level of my faults and their impact on those I surround myself with.

Prolific is an interesting word choice for a single situation; but that might just be my inner grammar Nazi/thesaurus/dictionary talking.
I didn't expect to apply so soon, but I have been asking around for when a good time to apply would be and I felt the general consensus was to just to go for it if I believe I am truly up to the task. I had been receiving bits and pieces of support from others that had tossed the idea of SA around with me for a little while now and I wanted to see if it was a true feeling and not just something that had caught on as a joke.
I wasn't always as confident as I appear to be. I used to be an incredibly shy and quiet person that would have to be forced to interact with others or speak out. I can still remember the extremely awkward attempts I made when trying to introduce myself to people outside of my sporting teams. Even among my teams, I was still just a little off until I finally started to come into my own during my first year of summer baseball in high school. I was finally able to take the extremely vocal and passionate player that I portrayed and begin to plug it into my everyday life. This process has taken many years and has been constantly influenced by the amazing friends I have met over the years. Lot more to it, but that is for another time in a different setting.
I do agree that I would be awfully green for a role that is usually earned through a culmination of incredible effort and time spent. With that said, I am confident I would be up to the challenges presented to someone like myself that would not have the usual time spent working towards SA. I can see though why those that have expressed support, but with the desire I experience more, would want as such. If I spend more time as admin, learning, experiencing more, the challenges I allude to wanting to face wouldn't be as such.
Lastly, yeah I am. I enjoy typing/writing and I hope that it shows. My grammer is nonexistent, but I try and string together my thoughts in fluid way, even if they are wordier than need be and do little to enhance my walls of text. Prolific was less than ideal there, but it wouldn't leave my mind and I was in the middle of redoing my answer for that question moments before posting the app.

You at times tend to be a bit "angry" can I say. If something/someone pissed you off you would get mad instantly and given I speak to you quite often I can tell when this happens. Now how you deal with that is by leaving the situation in others' hands if possible or moving away from your pc etc so you don't do anything you might regret later on. Given that the lead team position requires A LOT of patience I would like to see you improve on that bit before anything. Try to take long breathes, keep yourself chill and cool, don't let it get to you.

I appreciate you mentioning this. It does not take much to get me worked up, but legitimate anger is something I try to avoid. The instance that I'm remembering that sparked our conversation was a matter that was personal to me, so I do apologize for being hostile. I am in no way excusing the words I exchanged with the teamspeak user, but I would like to provide context to anyone that has made the mistake of reading my walls of text. I can handle attitude, disrespect, pretty much most things directed at me as I can usually dish it back, but when someone joins a channel with the intent to degrade and harass a friend, is asked to leave and refuses while spouting off racially motivated slurs, then has the audacity to lie to myself and you when confronted, I tend to lose regard for etiquette.
I understood my mistake and apologized to those that heard it, especially you as it did embarrass me. I also promised you that very same night that what you witnessed could be controlled as I understand the impact it has on people around me. Since then, unless my memory is shaky, I have had no issues since with anyone on TS or in-game. Promises aren't a light matter to me, I told you it would be corrected and I feel it has been. WIth that said, it is an ongoing part of my personality and temperament, so I will constantly be putting into practice your suggestions for keeping a calm demeanor and professional attitude, even when confronted by a scenario that is one of my few triggers.

I absolutely agree that Cout's advice is sound and I will be taking it to heart. I have a little sticky note where I take down advice on what to do/avoid pinned on my taskbar to serve as a reminder. I work incredibly hard to try and assist in cleaning up server three as it is well known for being incredibly problematic due to timezones/ping for the majority of the community. My total f1 count I believe is around 1350 and I will have been staff for 1 month 2 weeks come this next meeting. I would average out to about 225 a week. Apologies my response is not as detailed as previous replies, but I feel my response to Cout also applies to your post. Thank you for taking the time to write out such a detailed response, I truly appreciate it.

This post was going to be directed at the much appreciated criticisms and another directed at the purely support comments, but an exception had to be made. I'm not here to be all sappy, but I really appreciate your comment on another level. It is no joke that you actually taught me how to play DarkRP. Back when I was just a little dummy with no idea how to even spawn a prop you sat through and repeatedly showed me every step it took to full enjoy what the gamemode had to offer.. Really didn't think four years later I'd be looking to your support again as I thought I'd of been done with gmod. Crazy how stuff works out.
To the other comments, I will be replying in some way whether through the forums, steam, ingame, or TeamSpeak. I do appreciate every comment, because I understand that taking time out of your day to provide feedback is not something many would do, nor should they feel like they must. Thank you again.
