What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting)
Ghosting is where a dead player tell an alive player what a certain obstacle is. Such as, when a player is dead and tell which doors to go through, for example on the MineCraft map the set of portals saying "left then right".

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)
Ask them to stop maybe one or twice dependant on how disrespectful the player is, if continued they would be gagged for a period of time and warned.

Why I should be chosen: (Explain in your own words WHY we should chose you to become moderator, what makes you stand out? What are good traits about you? (The questions are examples and are NOT part of the template. (We recommend around 75 words))
I know my activity is a little lower but i believe i should be chosen because im a reliable staff member due to the fact i am apart of the SSRP community, i have previous experience being a Moderator as i was apart of TrippyGaming death run before they came together with techsource. Im very active as the SSRP staff know, Even a few of your staff know me by now.

You don't even have the minimum recomended time for the server (2 weeks of consistant activity) you have only played for 3 days consistantly. You're extremely friendly ingame and generally fun to be around with. However you don't have 2 weeks of consistent activity which is required. You have 1.1k playtime on one day...
