^I made detective woofers in an attempt to get a minimum amount of warnings and I only have two warnings on detective woofers and they are both for a glitch with my mic where it was constantly on^

Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
*when someone has 11+ recent warnings
*MASS RDM and then leaving to avoid their punishment
*repeat offences with no signs of playing by the rules
*someone has posted a ban request on the forums and have provided sufficient evidence to ban them

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
firstly I would read the appeal and decide whether they are truly sorry and want to play by the rules in the future. After that I would claim the ban appeal and take into account their previous punishments and rule breaks Then I would make my decision, because in this case 'player x' was banned for cheating I would strictly warn 'Player x' and if he is ever found to be cheating again he will be banned, and all other appeals denied.

Why I should be promoted
I'm very active usually playing 4-8 hours depending on the day, even with my short time as a mod I have encountered a lot of situations where the ban command would have been extremely helpful. I think that the no-clip command is very useful as if you are stuck you can no-clip out and teleport another stuck player to you. I think that I handle reports calmly and without bias [if I am unsure in the decision I should make I will go into spectator mode and start a chat to find out more information]. I try to handle all kinds of reports, I don't cherry pick, I pick and handle ALL of the reports that need to be handled. I think that being an admin proves myself as a trustworthy staff member and shows that the other staff members believe in me.
