Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time:
Well firstly I would tell them the basic controls on how to surf and then tell them to spectate me as that will help them get a feel of the map and how the map looks, then I would spectate them as then I could see any faults and then guide them

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
I would give them 3 chances to stop and if they don't do that I would either mute them or report them (depending on how bad)

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
I would give them 3 chances while I spectate them and if they do not stop I will get them banned

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I would love to be chosen as this was my first server that I learnt to surf on and I know I'm not the best server but it would mean a lot for me to guide and teach people in the right direction and most of all just help the server out. I feel that the zarp community is a nice place and I would love to keep it that way.
