Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server: If a player were text or mic spamming i'd ask the user to stop and let them know if it continued they'd receive a voice or chat mute depending on the situation. If they continued they'd be given a mute.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: If a player were using an exploit on the server, I'd identify the severity of it first, try to get some proof of what it is, and let the user know exploiting is strictly against the rules. I'd immediately report the exploit, and get an administrator on if he continued.

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario: Ghosting is using any third party software, out of game, for a direct or indirect advantage in game. An example scenario of this, is if Billy gets killed by the murderer, Baldy, then tells his friend on teamspeak that Baldy is the murderer. Billy then uses this new found information through a 3rd party software for an in-game advantage.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): I should be chosen for this position as i'm friendly in game, helpful to new players, have a comprehensive understanding of staffing due to my unique experience throughout the community currently and in the past. As a former lead team member of all servers, forum administrator, and teamspeak head administrator. My experience, dedication, and helpfulness shows I know how to staff and being staff on murder will prove myself to be a big help to the growing and maturing server. I'm currently #1 on gametracker with over 3 times the minimum gametime/activity for a staff member on the first day of release showing that i'm motivated and dedicated.
