Fourth What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting) Ghosting is when anyone who is dead gives any kind of information to a person who is alive which would NOT have been known by the alive player if he/her wouldn't have told him/her.

Example: *DEAD*Player 1: The code is 347 On this occasion the map is helix and the dead player is telling the alive ones whats the code to the platforms.


How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)
Well if the player would be disrespectful to a staff member i wouldn't worry about it if its only one player and it not a really big disrespect cause the staff should be able to handle themselves.(I would still tell them to not disrespect him)
EDIT: I Would handle it if a player disrespects a staff if the staff doesn't handle it(As dezmond wrote)

If a player would be disrespectful towards another player i would firstly tell them to stop or if its something very horrible i would mute or gag them or even warn(It all depends on the disrespect.) if its a very very light one i would gag or mute and warn after the third disrespect.

(The questions are examples and are NOT part of the template. (We recommend around 75 words)) I don't take things VERY seriously but i can be serious, i am chill and i know how to deal with rulebreakers. I belive i can be trusted to be a mod! And i can help the server with punishing rulebreakers and helping newer people!

You always give them a verbal, which issues a warning for them to stop. From there, if they continue you would gag/mute and warn. If they were to continue after they are ungagged/unmuted, then you would request for an Admin+ to ban them.

I had an issue the other day when I was dealing with 2 other users who were being offensive etc and you were antagonising them, in the attempt to trigger a response. I feel like this could affect the way you deal with situations as staff. However, your activity is very good but it doesn't seem to me that you have 2 weeks of consistent activities. I would recommend not constantly changing your steam names as if you were to become staff, it makes our job difficult when doing the activity sheet.

Isn't a stop disrespecting a verbal?
And yes i would give them a verbal then muge or gag them with a warn etc...
