Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
Random Death Match is mostly known as "RDM" is where a user kills another user in game without an RP reason. An example of this is when user A goes up to user B and says "You look strange" and kills them. This is only one of the many examples of RDM there can be.


Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
New Life Rule known as "NLR" is where a user returns to the same district before the timer allocated at the top of their screen has run down, after the user is dead they have to role play as if they cant remember the previous life. An example of this is when a user is raiding at the fountain district and gets killed in the process of raiding, they then spawn back in and go back to the fountain district again before the timer is gone.



Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would bring both users and ask what happened if they both argue the situation against each other i would ask if any of them have valid proof and if not i would return both users and then watch them both closely to see if anyone is provoking each other or RDMing.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would check the logs to see what district they was in and if the logs show that the user has returned to the district and broken the "New life rule" i would proceed to warn the user for "NLR" and tell him to read the rules. I would then watch the suspect to see if he breaks any rules.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words):
I have been a member of the Zarp community for 3+ years and i have done 2 years of prep on smaller servers working my way up as in the first year i was very nervous to apply so i decided to start off applying on a server that had around 10 people on it, from there i started applying for bigger servers and a lot more people and i now feel like i can be a confident member of the staff team. I am experienced now as i done this prep and i am now ready to move up a role in the Zarp community. Admittedly i used to rule break but i have turned my behavior round as this is my favorite server and i want to do nothing but positive from here now on. I am well known in the community and have met a lot of amazing people on this server and now i want to give back to Zarp and would love to help people with their problems whilst playing on Zarp. I have seen many rule breakers in front of me and i wanted the power to punish them for example the other day i saw someone prop pushing a car right in front of me and i wanted to be the one who punished him but i don't have the power yet. I can relate to most people as i have been in their situation and i think this gives me a better advantage as i will know exactly what to do with the rulebreaker. Hello AngryMelon! You are very active on Server 1 which is good. I am unsure if you have any current/recent punishments however that will be seen at the meeting. As of right now your application is good and shows that you put detail and effort into it. I feel like you are a good person and know the rules so as long as you keep the activity up and have no recent punishments i think you would be an alright candidate for this position.
