If someone was text/mic spamming I would tell him to stop, If he won't stop i will be nice person and give verbal warning if he still continue i would mute/gag him, If he continues after the mute/gag, i would give him warning and kick from the server if he come back to server and continue spamming i would probably contact higher staff member about this situation and then can see what the higher staff member thinks about the situation.

I would tell them to stop exploiting (verbal warning), if they continue i would get some proof of it and kick them i will contact higher staff member immediately and show them the proofs etc so can get the situation handled.

Ghosting is when you get killed, and then you will tell who killed / where is he/she, to your friend or someone else.
Example: I play with my friend, i get murdered and i will start spectate the murderer and i tell to my friend the name and where is he/she.

I am nice and very friendly. I know ULX/FAdmin etc, because i had couple of servers before and i have been staff member on couple other servers also. I like zarp much because its very unique and different from other servers, i like help new players as much i can, so they can enjoy of this unique and custom server, and keep the rule breakers off. i'm on daily my schedule is usually 2-5 hours on servers depends the day sometimes i'm more and sometimes i'm less. Thank You!

Some of you think that i apply too early since the server just got released, i know that also but why not!
