TOPIC: [TTT Head Admin Application] TheXnator

I have been a member of the community and in TTT for quite some time (approximately 6 or 7 months by now), and I believe that in this time I have managed to build up a large amount of trust and experience throughout TTT and the community as a whole, to the point where I believe that I am trusted and experienced enough to be able to handle the role of Head Admin on the TTT server. I am trusted across the community along the ranks that I hold in each of the servers, and I believe that this trust, experience, and dedication that I have been able to show through my time in the community will greatly contribute to becoming a Head Admin and that it would mean that I could greatly benefit the Head Admin team in order to help the staff team and the server even more than I have been able to now as a Super Admin, and before in my past ranks on the server.



I am an immensely experienced and trusted member of the community, which can be seen through the fact that I am one of the Server Owners of the ZARP Prophunt server, and also one of the Server Owners of the ZARP Murder server. I believe that I will be able to use the experience which I have gained from owning Prophunt and Murder in order to greatly aid the TTT server. This level of trust is also something which is incredibly important for any Head Admin. It is necessary to know that a Head Admin will be able to use their powers properly, effectively and efficiently, since they hold such a high role, and have to ensure that the staff team is all running smoothly. I believe that I have these two qualities and that they would be a factor for why I am a good choice for the role of TTT Head Admin.



I try to always be calm and friendly, whenever possible, and I try to handle every situation as calmly and effectively as possible, in order to ensure that it is always handled properly, efficiently, without more delay than is necessary, and to ensure that little to no mistakes are made whilst handling the situation at hand.



I always try to be incredibly fair, and to never treat anybody better or worse than anyone else, always taking into regard each person with all the good that they have done alongside their recent wrongs in order to decide what should be done, and not letting anything personal come into the way of an appropriate judgement/decision to be made in the situation, with everyone being treated equally.



I have been, and will always continue to be, immensely dedicated towards the ZARP community, in the amount of time that I put into the community. I feel that this dedication is what is required of a Head Admin, and so I will be able to fully bring that requirement to the server, in order to fully use what is entrusted to me, and to be able to fulfill what is required of me, all of the time, so that there won't be large gaps in when a Head Admin is available to come onto the TTT server.



Despite the fact that I currently hold many ranks in the ZARP Gaming Community (being staff on every server, and Owner on two), I still find that I have quite a lot of extra time on my hands, and I find myself looking for a way to use this time in a relatively productive manner. I feel that as a TTT Head Admin, I would be able to set some of these large quantities of extra time even more into the server, in order to successfully and efficiently carry out my roles and to ensure that the server and the staff team is always being effectively maintained. I have already dedicated a lot of my time into TTT, with TTT being the original reason I came into the community, and I believe that I will be able to further do this if I were to become a Head Admin. Some people may think that I am unable to properly manage my time in order to remain dedicated to every server that I hold ranks on and to become a Head Admin on TTT. I can assure those people that I have put a lot of thought into this area, and would not apply for anything if I were not 100% sure that I could handle it in terms of time, whilst still being able to manage all of my other roles and having extra time for myself. I have made sure that if I were to become a Head Admin on TTT, then I would be able to dedicate the appropriate amount of time to all the servers I hold ranks on and beyond. I will use this time that I want to spend on the TTT server in order to remain as an active staff member and to make a difference towards the server.



I always try to be as helpful as I can to all of the staff members and users, and across the server and the community as a whole. Whenever a staff member is facing an issue in any way, shape or form, I will always go to them to try to help to the best of my ability in order to ensure that the issue is resolved and it does not cause any further issues for them or for the server, and so that they do not feel overly stressed or held down at all.



I am a very understanding person, and I always try to listen to everyone when they want to speak to me. I believe that a Head Admin needs to be understanding towards everyone in order to be fair, otherwise they would not be able to listen to people and easily know what they mean, accepting any valid reasonings for why certain situations have occurred, and to be able to solve any arguments or disputes within the staff team. I believe that I have this quality and that I would be able to put it forwards effectively for the server.


I believe that all of these qualities that I hold are key, and I believe that I have all of these qualities to put forwards towards the server in order to prove to be a great benefit towards the server and the Head Admin team.



As a Head Admin of the TTT server, I want to be able to proceed to help the server as I have been able to as a Super Admin, and even further in order to better help and organise the staff team in order to ensure that the entirety of the staff team is well organised, and that everyone is properly adhering to the policies where appropriate, and to ensure that every member of the staff team is able to happily and efficiently carry out their roles, with no issues taking place which could potentially harm any user, staff member or the server as a whole. I want to be able to push forwards within the TTT server to be exponentially more helpful than I have been in the current state of affairs and to be able to become a bigger part of the large server. With the hopes and aspirations that I have to achieve within the TTT server and the community, I hope to be able to put this forwards alongside my immense amounts of dedication in order to ensure that I am able to achieve my goals, to ensure that everything is able to continue to run smoothly within the server and the staff team, and to ensure that the server is able to maintain it's current high standing in the rankings of Gmod TTT servers. I believe that the server needs more to it than the current team, with Head Admins being available more of the time, and with people who have the appropriate skills and dedication to fill those gaps to ensure that there are little to no issues on the server. I want to be able to fill these gaps, and to be able to listen to the staff members and the users of the TTT server, to be able to properly bring forwards their opinions, and to be able to help people to have their say heard on the standings of the staff team and the server as a whole. In my time as a Super Admin, I have already tried to work hard in order to help staff members to do their jobs fully, and with many other things which have led to / could have led to further issues on the server, or with some issues in the staff team. As a Head Admin, I would want to bring this experience and desire to help even further and to help every staff member to exceed in their roles and push towards their goals. I will be able to use the qualities that I hold as a person and as a staff member in order to push through and achieve these goals, and I believe that once I do manage this, then I will have made a very positive impact on the server.

Hello Xnator! I have had a think about your application and think that it is very detailed and must have to you a long time to make. As it currently stands there is 4 Head Admins and 6 Super Admins. I don't play TTT myself but i believe that the TTT server may require a new HA, However i feel like you are grabbing to much to quickly. You own a rising server and are releasing one on this very day. I feel like you should be more focused on the servers you own and making them stand out before going for any higher positions on any other servers. This is just my opinion because personally yes i feel like you would make a great HA but as of right now i just don't think you are ready and this doesn't mean i don't think you are active because your activity is good i just think that before you start applying willy nilly for all the servers you should primarily focus on your main ones that you actually own. Yes TTT and you have been together for a while now but i think that you waiting a bit longer for this position would be great because i could actually see you becoming this position just not at this current stage.

You are about to release a server. You should really start focusing on that and making sure that one gets successful. At this point in time I really do think you are trying to help out but you are trying to do it way to fast.

From reading through the feedback, I can see that most of it is based on my ownership of Prophunt, and the fact that Murder is going to be released today. Whilst I understand where you are coming from on that standpoint, I can assure you that I do not believe that this will be an issue or hold me back in any way. In the current way things stand, I am not having issues with trying to make time for things (over the past week, time has been taken up with trying to sort out the last few things for Murder, however the week approaching the release will always be more busy). As I have shown with my ownership of Prophunt, I am still able to keep up with everything despite owning one server, and I personally believe that I will still not have a struggle with owning two. As can be seen by my TTT gametime, I have always tried to make time for TTT, and in this time I have also been working on Murder, and Prophunt has been rising up within rankings.
There may be concerns based on my lower activity recently on SSRP and Surf, however with SSRP, the timings that I have been leaving to go onto there over the past week have not been great (timings where the number of F1s were low). As I have also stated, the week coming up to the launch of a server is always more busy, and so that is also part of the reasoning behind that. In regards to Surf, I have not been finding much enjoyment from that lately, and am likely going to resign (I am waiting to do so until after the summer update in case that brings more enjoyment to the server).
On TTT, my activity has never been an issue, and I always get quite a lot more than the required 4 hours per week. I believe that I have shown the appropriate dedication towards the server in order to be fit for this position, and I believe that the fact that I have just launched Murder will not prove to be a hindrance for this position.

In regards to what you said Morgan, I will definitely take this into account. Many people have brought this to my attention lately, and it has been something that I have wanted to improve on for a while. I hope to be able to improve on this over time, and thank you for leaving the feedback!

You say you can handle the staff ranks you have (including this one) and I believe you. You have lots of experience being a high-ranked staff member as you are owner on 2 servers. I think you would make a great TTT HA although I don't think anymore should be accepted as the leadteam is big enough as it is. Good luck <3
