Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server: Start by telling him to stop, if he would continue would warn, kick, mute or gag depending on the severity of the situation.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: Would ask them to stop, if they continue would warn and kick.

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario: Ghosting is when person A is telling person B where the props are by using the chat, mic or some external chats like teamspeak, mumble, discord, steam chat etc. It can be done per example by someone who died and is telling everyone locations of where the props are or even someone who is spectating.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): Well I should be chosen first off because im really friendly, I'm really patient and I can play 5 hours a day or more if needed. I love helping players as it makes me happy.

Extra Information: (Not Required) My irl name is Dimitri Carvalho, im 17 years old, turning 18 soon. I live in Portugal and sometimes in France. I have no job or school for now. I have learned English and French playing video games and trying to learn German now too. ( My only hobby for now is taking care of my snakes xd )

Although you have only played for 3 days, you have a great amount of activity. Your application is good, just remember players can also ghost in-game through voice and text chat, not just external programs (I assume mumble is another external program). Good luck! Hello Wallo! After looking at your application i can see that your activity is short day'ed however in the days you have great activity so keep that up. For your application, I feel like it could be a lot more detailed than it currently is.
The questions i think you could improve on are:

I feel like these example questions deserve much more detailed responses than what they currently have. The reason i say the ghosting one is because you do not explain a lot about it because if a user, new to the servers, read that they would be quite lost as to what you meant by "Ghosting is when person A is telling person B where the props are using external chats" You don't even state what teams and such are but this is just what i think you could improve on.

As of right now i am unsure of a final verdict for you so keep up the activity and possibly increase word count and explanation on some of the questions and you should be good.
