Random Death Match or RDM, means when somebody killes another player for no reason
Example: Somebody walks up and shoots another player in the head for no reason
New Life Rule or NLR, means that they go back to the district that they died in before the timer in done
Example: Somebody is doing a raid, they kill someboody and 20 seconds later they come back and shoot the raider
I would warn them for RDM
I would ask for more info and than act accordingly
I want to be a moderator becuase I want to be able to help out the people who need help and punish the ones who need punishing. I want to correct where some admins have failed. I want to contribute to such a superb server. I want to be able to show people who have lost faith in dark RP that there are some glimmers of hope. I have had experience being an admin and watching others do the same. When I first when on this server it was anarchy and chaos. From that day, I wanted to make it right, I wanted to fix what others massacred and twisted. I have been on dark RP for a while now and I already see what people have done wrong. Banning them is what most of them want you to do, I feel as if we set a new layer, and help out those who need helping. I feel like I can learn from the mistakes of others and adapt. I know this is very cheesy but I mean what I say. Thank you.

I would recommend getting at least 2 weeks playing time on this server and space your application out a bit more i had difficulty reading it. Thanks.

Your activity seems good if you just get it up instead of coming on for 15 - 30 minutes a day although yes it is perfectly fine i don't really see how it could help anyone.

Your application lacks in a few things. The first one being in ability to read it because of how it is not spaced out so maybe you should do that. Another i see is that you haven't added the sections:andIf the areas when you sayare answers to the questions i submitted above then i personally think that you should definitely improve on your responses to those two questions.You also did not add any titles which makes it hard to read. As long as you do not get any recent punishments and fix your application with the support i have gave then you could possibly get this position if you try hard enough.

Your activity is very good and you have the recommended 2 weeks of activity. However, your application looks rushed and it likes as if no effort has been put into it. I suggest improving your application before the meeting tomorrow.

In my opinion you need to be more active on the server.

As others have pointed out your activity on the servers isn't the best. If you came on for at least an hour or more then you may be of more help, but only 30mins isn't going to be of much use really... It is also very hard to read due to lack of colour and spacing and there are no statements before the answer.
Overall it is a from me. You need to work on a few things before you become staff in my opinion. Never the less I wish you the best of luck!
