Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin
I feel that my time as a moderator has gone really well i have had to deal with a lot of situations of rule breaks on the server which i feel i have sorted out perfectly so all the people understand what they have done wrong and don't do it again i have also sorted with arguments ensuring both players make up and are happy together and also supplying people with help they require with maps and how to surf and i feel with becoming an admin i would be able to do more for the server and sort out more problems like hackers ETC

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user)
As a moderator i have encountered many problems from rule breaks to how to surf. one that i tend to work with a lot was missing maps for players because they don't have ways of contacting anyone. this meant i had to take my time to go online and search for the maps (i was not told there was a zarp thread xD) searching for the maps i found a list of them i have then supplied 3 different people and myself with the correct maps to use on the server so they can play more and they seem to have fun more as well knowing they wont get kicked for the wrong map.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
Congratulations on becoming a moderator on our Surf server here i am going to tell you the certain commands and points you will be handling as a moderator. the way we use our powers in the surf server is through that tab menu. the way to access this on our server is by holding tab and clicking on the players name that you wish to deal with. here will bring up a menu of all the commands you can do against them. some of the commands are: FREEZE, this is used to freeze players on the spot not allowing to move. Voice mute. this mutes the users voice Chat mute, this mutes the users chat Admin chat is used with 3 slashes /// Strip weapons this is if they are weapon spamming and annoying the servers players Slay can be used if they are exploiting the map. also here is the staff ethos which you need to look at ZARP ETHOS and also this is the meeting time ZARP MEETING TIMES finally you can use F6 to look at all the players warns and also all the commands you have has an moderator can also be typed into the chat if you get more confident and feel like you don't need to use the tab menu to do it anymore.

I feel as i should be accepted for admin because my time as a mod has went really well and i have fitted in perfectly with the community getting to talk to and get used to a lot of people on the staff team i have also talked to a lot of people in-game seeing a lot of people who play everyday. i also feel applying for admin helps me to become more able to admin the server handling with more problems than i could with being a mod in my position. i also feel dick, as being an admin makes me more of a model to the players in the server making them feel more comfortable talking to me and going to me with there problems.finally i want to be an admin so that way my girlfriend Poogle cannot abuse me <3 xD

Boatzy I've known you for a decent amount of time now and you're a chill guy to hang around. But I have to be honest when it comes to applications. When I joined Surf a few hours back you froze me for no apparent reason causing me to lose time and fail the section I was trying to complete which is abuse, and I was told by another person that you froze them for no apparent reason too. So I suggest you stop freezing others without a valid reason. (Why the fuck is there a freeze command on surf anyway?) Your activity on the server is very good and that's it really.

Actually whilst we're at it I'd like to bring this up as well. You where also recently banned for being racist on the teamspeak server. So keep this in mind that this could possible be inflicted upon you.
