What is Ghosting? and give an example: Ghosting is the act of, whilst dead, affecting the gameplay of others by helping the other players who are still alive.
An example of this would be if Player A was dead and told Player B what the code for a trap was even though Player B didn't know the code before being told by the dead Player A.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: A disrespectful player can be dealt with in many ways. This depends on how severe the disrespect is, an example of disrespect which should result in a ban could be racism or being homophobic towards another player. An example of disrespect which should end up with the disrespectful player getting a warn would be somebody calling someone 'dumb' or 'stupid' as although this is still disrespect it isn't near as bad as the above, if the person continues to be disrespectful they would get banned even if they were just using words like the ones listed above.

Why I should be chosen: I believe that I should be chosen because; I am a kind guy and I will happily speak to anyone, I always try my best when it comes to the work I do by staying determined and motivated, I enjoy helping others whatever their problem: big or small, and I can work well with others and make sure to keep the environment friendly. I have also had a lot of experience in staffing on many other servers before therefore meaning I have enough knowledge of commands and in-game mechanics to help with any problems that a player may encounter and need help with.

It took me some work, but I managed to find your gametracker. I've edited your post with the correct gametracker and have fixed a minor bbcode error.

Note that we recommend two weeks of consistent activity before applying. This is not a requirement and if you have good activity over multiple days before the meeting there isn't any problem. The meeting is this evening and I don't believe you have enough activity, even if you get the minimum requirement of two hours today.

If you get denied then please reapply for next week's meeting.
