Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
Random Death Match is when player A kills player B without a reason, for fun, or out of rp situation (such as during a sit)
Example: Player A sees Player B walking down the spawn road towards warehouse tunnels. Player A decides to take out a PSG-1 and shoot player B in the head. Player A had no reason to kill Player B, therefore it would be RDM (Random Death Match)

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
NLR Is district and life based.
New Life Rule is a rule that is in place, when you die in a district you may not return to or interact with anything in said district for 3 minutes. You also forget everything in your past life.
Example: Player A gets killed by Player B during a raid. Player B walks back to the base 1 minute 20 seconds later. Player B still has 1 minute and 40 seconds of NLR Timer, they are breaking NLR.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would first start off by asking why Player Y killed Player X, and is accusing Player X of killing them. I would then ask for any video or screenshot evidence towards the situation, or any confessions. If evidence was available, I would log steam ids and tell them to show it to me. I would end the sit and wait for them to upload the evidence or keep sit active and wait if it wouldn't take long. ; Without evidence I would advise the players to use recording software during their playtime as evidence during sits. I would explain how if needed, and then end the sit.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would start off by checking which districts the kills were in, and ask why player X killed player Y in the first place. Then, if the districts match up to show that player Y was breaking NLR, I would ask what his reasoning was and give him a verbal warning to not break NLR again (If player Y has no recent NLR punishments).

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words):

I feel that I should be chosen because I have been on this server for quite some time now, and know the ins and outs of the server. I have moderated other servers in the past, and never get tired of doing sits. I am very active, on mostly every day, and would not use my power for evil. I want to be able to stop rule breakers from ruining other people's experiences, and be able to help people with f1's. During my years playing on ZARP, I've run into many rule breakers and minges and I'd love to be able to help the staff team handle these experience-ruining players. Overall, I just want to help make the community a better place for players, and help the player base grow.

I am aware I have one recent warning in the past 2 weeks, but i've been told to apply and see what happens anyways. I'd love to help the server, I only have one recent punishment in the past 6 months as far as I remember. I feel as if I am fit for staff, as I'd spend most if not all of my time on the server handling f1's if I could, I help people all the time with staff situations as it is, as I know the rules inside and out. Alright so the obvious negative is that you have 1 recent warn, however being that its holster abuse and you've apologised to nib and the users about it I don't think that it's that extensive.

You have great game time across s3 and s1. Friendly, fun and great player who knows the rules on the server and also participates and reports rulebreaks with clear evidence of video.

I think mircs deserves a chance at moderator as he shows greater capability than most people when talking about the rules and when talking to people.

You should always get both sides of the story before coming to a final judgement and possibly checking for any prior punishments linking to RDM or the current situation report.

For your activity, Your server 1 & 3 game times are good and you seem like you know most of the rules. I say most of the rules because you state that you have a recent punishment, However as Kalll has stated you apologised to Nib and the user for your mistakes which I think is a very mature and good thing to do. I personally think that we can look over the warning as you know what you have done and I think that you would be a good fit for the staff team. Best of luck to you man!

Warnings
Obviously the recent warning is a negative, but people have been accepted in the past, it all depends on your other factors.

Conclusion
I feel like the warning is the only thing that is holding you down, Your activity is great, You clearly have a knowledge of the rules, the verdict of my result will depends on points bought up in the meeting.

Yes, I am aware that just damaging someone is initiating RDM, but there are few cases that can be handled, if any without video proof unless you see someone do it, and even then you have to be positive that it was rdm and not a situation that was legitimate rp. Understood though, just forgot to put that in it.
