I'm a very friendly person and I'm very kind to anyone needs help, this is a very key structure to being a good staff member and helps when you need people to listen to you. I'm also very approachable and I'm open to all opinions and if someone needs help I don't mind speaking to anyone, anywhere, anytime.

I am heavily dedicated and am more than happy to help out when someone needs it, I'm pretty much always available and don't mind leaving current games etc to go help people if need be. I've helped countless people and I think I've gained quite the amount of experience neccasary for this role and whenever someone needs help it's my number one priority to make sure the situation is handled perfectly.

Dedication & Motivation

I've been playing Zarp for 3 years now and it's been an amazing journey. As a super admin I've been very dedicated to my role doing what's nessacary to keep the staff team in shape, making sure everyone is doing their job to the best of their ability and making sure everyone is getting their activity. Overall my dedication to the deathrun server has been through the roof spending most of the days on the server or off the server fixing up spreadsheets and the such, spending hours making sure the server is in shape and as a head admin I feel like my work could be amplified. Handling situations isn't something that I do just because it's my job, I do it because I enjoy doing it, working for deathrun has been such a great experience and I don't plan on leaving it anytime soon.

My motivation for Deathrun has increased over the passed couple months and I've fallen in love with the gamemode once more like I was back in 2014. I make sure I play the server everyday and like I said before I don't do it because I have to I do it because I have so much fun doing it. I rarely get bored of the gamemode and I'm always motivated to do my job do the best of my ability to make sure everyone is having a great time on the server, I also get over 10+ every week.

Meetings

In the meetings I love doing strawpolls and as the legend himself BiWx says, "You make them look pretty" and I always make sure that they're ready before the meeting starts. I've replied to applications twice now and I love doing as much as possible in the meetings. During meetings I make sure everyone is behaved and not going off topic, this happens regularly and it doesn't take much for someone to completely derail a meeting, I do my job the best I can to make sure this never happens and that everyone is concentrating and getting their votes in on the strawpolls.

My goals

What do I wish to achieve as a head admin? Well there are quite a lot of things I'd like to do and there's a lot of ideas that I can't quite think into words. I'll do my best to explain what they are and how I wish to achieve them. Pushing out suggestions and making sure they get onto the server within a reasonable time is something I wish to achieve because it will help the server ranking and hopefull we can get back upto the top 10 deathrun servers. Seeing as the great Max is now our community dev (clap) (clap) as a server we can work to get these suggestions onto the server for everyone to enjoy. As for staff I wish to make sure everyone is doing their job to the best of their ability and making sure they're also having a great time maintaining server welfare, getting rid of rulebreakers and getting their activity up to a decent standered. Increasing the server popularity is something that I want to spend most of my time working on, by making the server as unique as possible. There's a lot more I could say about increasing server popularity and how important it is but the list would go on forever (not at all saying the server needs improvement) everything and everyone has something to improve on. Spreadsheets are something I want to keep up to date at all times and if someone resigns/revokes/gets acepted, make sure their rank is removed/added on the server and making sure they get removed/added to the spreadsheets.

Hello Bazaraxe, You speak with the staff team often and have a nice, positive and kind attitude. I am unsure what you're like as a Super Admin and how you handle situations, and there is also the fact that there already are 3 Head Admins and they might not need another one. You're a really cool guy on TeamSpeak and you're very active on the server, but I feel like by already having 3 HA's we don't need anymore. You haven't been SA for as long as Hamad and haven't been for that long in general, bearing in mind you took 2 weeks for holiday. When it comes to Lead team duties, I've seen issues with the staff you've trained as they struggle with commands etc and people end up having to retrain them. I feel like you need to step forward and ask for more jobs and show that you can hold responsibility before applying for HA. Your experience hinders you at the moment but I think you are a great staff member and SA but you need to give it a bit more time.

Thanks for the feedback Dez, I understand where you're coming from but the part where you said "I've seen issues with the staff you've trained as they struggle with commands etc and people end up having to retrain them" if this has actually happened I'm unaware and haven't been notified, if you could message me on steam about it I'd really appreciate that.
