You're a really cool guy on TeamSpeak and you're very active on the server, but I feel like by already having 3 HA's we don't need anymore. You haven't been SA for as long as Hamad and haven't been for that long in general, bearing in mind you took 2 weeks for holiday. When it comes to Lead team duties, I've seen issues with the staff you've trained as they struggle with commands etc and people end up having to retrain them. I feel like you need to step forward and ask for more jobs and show that you can hold responsibility before applying for HA. Your experience hinders you at the moment but I think you are a great staff member and SA but you need to give it a bit more time.
