Estimated Server Time: Server 1: 32 hours,
Server 2: 17 and a half or so hours, server 3 not at all because I have problems connecting, but will be getting a new PC in a couple of weeks so hopefully will be fixed.

Languages I speak: Fluent English and some Spanish.

Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:

Random Death Match is also known as "RDM", it is where a player kills or hurts/damages another player or player(s) without a valid reason.

Example: Player A is walking down the street, Player B walks up to Player A and kills him. Player A reports Player B and Player B says "I killed him because he looked at me weirdly". This is RDM as it is an invalid reason.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:

New Life Rule is also known as "NLR". It is where a player returns/interferes with their previous life, once you are killed you MUST forget your previous life and start a "new" life. There is also the 3 minute timer that must be waited before going back into a certain area of the map.

Example: Player A is Raiding Player B, Player B kills Player A outside of his base. Player A then returns to the same location within 3 minutes. This is NLR as Player A didn't wait 3 minutes before going back to that area.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
First I would take the F1 and go to player x, and tell them I am there for their F1 and how can I help. I would then go to a roof as to not be disturbed. I would then hear what he has to say and then go to/spectate player y to see if they are busy in an RP situation before brining them. I would then tp player y if he/she is not busy and would ask why did player y kill player x and copy and paste the log that shows player y killing player x as proof of him being killed. After hearing what player y has to say I would ask if that is what happened from player x's point of view, to see if it was a "misunderstanding". If they both say different things I would ask for evidence from player x to see if he has any showing it was "RDM". If he has no evidence I wouldn't warn anyone, and would return both players to their original location. If he showed evidence of the "RDM" then I would tell player y what he has done wrong and what to do to avoid it again, then warn or verbally warn them for RDM, depending if it was their first offence or not.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

I would take the F1 and go to player x, and tell them I am there for their F1 and ask how can I help. I would then take them to a roof to not be disturbed by other players on the server. I would ask what happened from his perspective and then check logs and check the time difference inbetween. I would then go to/ spectate player y to make sure they aren't busy in an RP situation etc and then bring them to the sit. I would then ask them why did they kill player x after being killed by them already. If they give an invalid reason, eg I killed them because they killed me, then I would warn them for NLR as they used previous life information to know they were killed. If they say that it was in a different area and therefore it wasn't near the place of death, then I would ask for evidence from player x to show it was NLR. If there is no evidence then I would end the sit and return both players.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words):

I think I should be chosen for the position of Moderator in the Zarp community for these main reasons:
I have lots of past experience of being staff. I have been Moderator on KDG#2 which was a DarkRP server. I was also admin on another server which shut down called Pepperoni Gaming, which shut down. I was also an Admin on Hyplex which was a massive community which then shut down. I was then also Super Admin on a small DarkRP server called NebulasRP which shut down. I was then Super Admin on a bigger community which was Visca Gaming, but resigned. This would help me be chosen because I have seen how to manage players well, calmly and efficiently. It would also help as people have trusted me with these positions and I have never abused or been punished when I was in these staff positions which shows dedication and loyalty to each server and its users.

I think I should also be chosen because of my activity. Since I go to a Private School I do have long school days, however I get really long holidays where I can be online most of the day to help out the servers. This would also benefit as the server(s) are quite short staffed at some times when I am online, this can therefore put alot of stress on the staff members and I have seen as my high positions before it can drive people to resign, which is awful and upsetting. I would therefore be able to relieve some of the stress and help out as much as I can. I am also active on TeamSpeak3 which means I can talk to other staff/users to see what is happening between servers and see if one server needs more help than the other(s). I also like to talk to others to get to know them as I can be a bit "nosey" if you like into other people. I like to know what is going on around others and see if they need support so they feel they are being listened to and not ignored (which I have come across from previous experiences).

According to your gametrackers and ect. you've only played 27.9 hours on both the servers combined. I'd say play atleast a few months before trying to become moderator. Your last warning was in october 2016, do not acquire any between now and the meeting.

Conclusion
Your application is amazing, you show detailed knowledge of the rules, Ingame you are very mature and report rulebreakers alot, I've seen you give feedback on moderator applications and in my eyes you are an amazing candidate for this position, the only negative would be you dont have 2 weeks of activity but if the staff team are convinced you are good enough an exception will be made.

I will definitely be voting for you in the meeting

Ok, first things first, Visca isn't Dying, no thanks to you abandoning the community as soon as your job got a bit hard. You were one of the laziest staff I've ever seen, and you only knew how to make yourself look good to higher ups. I think it's funny that you've applied with far less than the recommended hours on here, it shows how desperate you are for power.

Honestly, I couldn't care if you get accepted on here or not, but If you get accepted, at least the higher ups can expect you to leave when things get tough.

I didn't resign just because of the player count, I got bored cus there weren't as many updates and Zarp is more fresh and there is alot more to do. I wasn't lazy, I kept my eye over everything when I was still active, I just slacked cus of boredom and cus I am new here, there is alot to explore so won't get so bored. I am sorry if you felt this way but if you thought I was lazy, then tell me don't just keep going expecting me to assume I am lazy, so lack of communication on your part. I have edited my post to take this into account.

You are very nice. However you don't have a lot of time on the server so there is that risk of you purely apply to abuse, however play the server a bit more and i'm sure you can get accepted if you don't get any recent warning or punishments. Thanks for applying. So after reading through your application, I'm truly amazed at the detail in which you have answered the questions. Your activity is very good but you only have one week's worth, whereas we suggest having two weeks to show dedication. However, you seem like a nice guy and you don't cause any issues. Good Luck!
