Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario: RDM is when a player kills another player without a valid RP reason. EX: Player X walks up and without reasoning or explanation shoots and kills Player Y.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario: New Life Rule is when a player dies they must start and entirely new life and not interact with the district they died in, in any RP way such as defending their base if it's being raided or shooting at people in the district.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x. I would first handle it by being player X to a roof and asking player y if I could bring him to a sit. I would than ask for both sides of the story, any evidence and any reasoning player y had for killing player x and if it turned out to be rdm I would check if player x had any recent warns for rdm and if so he would be warned again and if not I would give him a verbal

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time. I would first bring player x and player y to a roof for a sit and ask for what happened and if I turned out that player y was breaking nlr I'd check his recent warns and if he had any I'd warn him and if not I'd give him a verbal warning but if he was breaking nlr because player x was spawn killing him I would warn player x for rdm and spawn trapping

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words): I'm incredibly active on the servers so you wouldn't have to worry about staff not being on. I have an incredible sense of justice and I hate seeing wrong doings being done. I already have a good relationship with many of the current staff members as well as a good lnowledge of the majority of the rules. I also have a good relationship with many of the players on the server as well as a good knowledge of fadmin. and that's all I got folks so I hope that you accept me but if not I'll work hard to improve my standings with more of the staff and try again another time. <3 (Reapplied now that I don't have recent warns)

You are a very active Server 3 player which is very good especially when no staff are online. Your application seems pretty good and you seem like a nice person so as long as you have no recent punishments i wish you the best of luck!

Just shooting someone without reason is enough to be classed as RDM

You have recent warnings, I suggest you apply on the 6th on July when they become inactive.

Conclusion
You clearly understand the rules as seen in your application, but your recent warnings show you are incapable of following them

Having multiple recent punishments shows you are having a hard time of following the rules. If you cannot follow them, you definitely cannot enforce them.

As the others have said, if you have the recent warnings, how can you be trusted to be a staff member to enforce them?
If you are Denied, then make sure to have no recent warnings for your next application, this means have no warnings for at least two weeks.

After reading through your application, I've seen that all of the questions are answered fully and with good examples to support and show you understand the rules. However, after looking at your rapsheet, you have 4 recent warnings. In addition, your gametime is starting to decrease. Is there a reason for this?

From this I think you should work on getting your activity more consistent and work on not getting any more punishments before applying for staff.
