Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin: How My time as moderator will contribute to me becoming a moderator is I learned that theres alot of rulebreakers and i learned that i can actualy do something about it and help the comunity of zarp out.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user): One Day there was a guy who made a DOS threat and i had to talk to him and ask him why he was gonna and kept "Stalling" until a higher ranking staff member got on and Helped me out and helped sort out the situation.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?: "First Off Congrats On Getting Mod, And Im here to train you, So First THing First the Command theres
Kick: Kick Selected Player From server used for RuleBreakers
Mute Chat: Mute Selected Players Chat If Selected player is Chat Spamming/Racial Chat
Unban From Job: If Selected Player gets False Demoted
Freeze: Freeze Selected Player If Player is RDMing you can freeze them to stop but cant be used as punishment.
Slay: Kills Selected Player Used for punishment for Rdm instead of warn so they loose there gun
Mute Globally: Global Punishment So nobody can hear the selected player if they are mic spamming saying Racial Slurs
Mute: EVeryBody has and used to mute Player but its Client side and only affects you
Teleport: Teleports You to were your Croshair is looking at or teleport selected player to crosshairs
Goto: Tps you to selected player in tab menu or using the command /goto
Bring: Brings Selected player to you but spawns them behind you so be aware of that this is in the tab menu or you can use the command /bring
Back: teleports selected player or yourself to there last location or you can send them back to spawn as punishemtn for nlr or such can be used in tab menu or command /back but /back will teleport your self but /back <Players name> will tp them back to last location.


Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be? My response will be I wil see how long ago the ban was and talk to the certain staff memeber who banned them and see what there opinion is and if we should unban them and then it most likely wil be discussed in the meeting and if not I'll bring it up if I can join that meeting.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words): Why I think I should be Promoted is Ive Loved being a Mod but I think I should Take the next step in being apart of the Zarp Comunity. And Usally theres a Lot of Rulebreakers On like RDMers and a Lot of RDA and i can do anything about those types of Players and I would like to Make Zarp A great server for al players and get rid of the players who like to make the server not enjoyable to other plays. You haven't been very active this week which shows that you may not be dedicated. In addition, your application looks very rushed and seems extremely basic. I feel like you need to go through your application and add more detail to each section, especially the training section. You also need to be more active and as I have not seen you, I can not comment on how you handle situations.

True but not everbody has time to be on everyday of the week, and im one of those people i cant get on everyday but i do get on when i have the chance and we could be on different time zones bc ive never seen you in game before, atleast i dont think i have
