How would you handle a TS3 appeal?:
I would handle a TS3 appeal appropriately such as Speaking with the Staff Member who banned the Client in the first place. For a Example:
Hello! Player X. I have Spoken to the TeamSpeak Staff member who banned you.
We talked about what you did wrong. We didn't agree to the actions you done which got you banned in the first place. We feel that a 2 week ban was a bit too much for Mass MicSpamming after being kicked.
We agreed to give you a second chance and I hope you can take this for an example to not do it ever again. If you are seen breaking TOU again you will be punished.
Here is the TOU(Terms of Use):
1 - No micspamming.
2 - No playing music unless permitted by those in your channel.
3 - Do not harass users.
4 - No recording. You can only record when another user is clearly breaking rules.
5 - Do not disturb anyone in a meeting room. You face a 1 day ban for causing disruption.
6 - Don't attempt to join private channels without permission, or meeting rooms.
7 - (INCLUDING ADMINS) Do not create private rooms. We don't have this facility at this time.
8 - No racism, discrimination, etc.
9 - Don't follow people around channels, even if it's a public channel. If they move, you don't follow them unless they want you to.
10 - Don't impersonate staff. This includes having the same name as a staff member or pretending that you are a staff when you are not.
11 - No Voice Changers / Soundboards / Excluding the Alienware SoundBlaster Pro Voice Changers
Thanks for appealing your ban.
Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used
appropriately:
There are many Administrative they include the following:
Here is them Broken down.
So Move Client to own Channel is moving a Client to your channel to this should only be used when you need to a client privately and Shouldn't be used to troll/annoy clients.
Setting Server Group is setting a Clients badge for their rank on one of the servers. This should only be used when a Client gets a rank on a server in the community or If a client resigns from a rank on a server it should be removed.
Kicking Client from Server Kicks a Client off the TeamSpeak Servers. This command shouldn't be used to troll or annoy clients. This should be used when a client is breaking TOU.
Kick Client from Channel is like to Kicking Client from Server but only kicks them out of the channel , This can be used as a small punishment for players breaking TOU. This shouldn't be used to troll or annoy people.
Ban Client is the last resort that should be used to punish a client. This shouldn't be used to troll or annoy clients and Should be used if clients are mass breaking TOU.
What would I do different with my new powers? (we recommend around 50 words):
With my new powers I would use appropriately in the situation needed. for Example:
Training a TS3 Moderator.
As A TeamSpeak Head Admin you can Set Players to TS3 Staff meaning that you are allowed to train TS3 Staff. When training a Teamspeak Staff I would train them properly and correctly. I will watch the new mods after being trained and make sure they are doing good and know what their doing and now abusing their powers by joining channel when people are talking about private stuff. Also Team Speak Head Admin will help me when people get accepted into the Lead Team either on Surf or SSRP and I could train them for their teamspeak staff if needed.
Handling Ban Appeals/Report Abuses
Now as a TeamSpeak Head Admin you are now allowed to handled TS Un-Ban appeals and Report Abuses. I would handle these situations correctly by speaking with both sides getting both story's. If a Staff member is abusing their powers by kicking people randomly firstly I would speak with them and if they were to continue their actions and constantly abusing and not using the powers in the correct way , I would remove their TeamSpeak rank.
Creating Channels
When your a TS Head Admin you can now create channels. I would use this appropriately and only create channels when needed. For example if a new channel got accepted like a gang channel I would create it and give the powers to only the Owner of the gang or If a public channel was accepted for example a MineCraft channel I would put it in the right section. I wouldn't make channels for the fun of it.
Other Things
Dedication
I feel like I am well dedicated to Team Speak As I'm online everyday , I try to be in public channels more unless I'm speaking with Staff members privately. I feel if I became a Team Speak Head Admin it would make me more dedicated and possibly bring new features If I can think Of some.
Trust
I feel that I have gained lots of trust within the community because of my current staff ranks and the servers of which I staff on and the high ranks of what I staff for. Currently on SSRP I am a Super Administrator and on Surf I am Server Owner in which is a really high positioning. I also currently hold Administrator on Prop-Hunt. Also I currently staff in four forum sections that being General Discussion, SSRP, Report Abuse and Surf.
Activity
My Activity within Team Speak has been increasing everyday because of my current staff ranks I hold. These ranks make me be on Team Speak everyday handling situations for the servers I am on. Also I am on Team Speak mostly for the whole day so If I'm ever needed for situations I am there.
EXTRA CREDIT: How much does Paramontana sell client Icons for?:
$50,000,000 Dollars SSRP Cash or $25,000,000 for chaning.
