What is Ghosting? and give an example?: I believe ghosting is when someone is dead/ spectating and is giving the runners advice on what to do. E.g. if there are two portals and someone who is dead says "go right" then that is ghosting, another example is if someone who is not a runner (a spectator) says the death is not at the trap where the runner is.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: I would firstly say in chat either from mic or in the actual chat to tell them to stop, then if they continued I would !mute them for a certain amount of time. After that if they continued I would use the command !warn and give the reason why I am giving the warning, in this case it is because they have been disrespectful. I would also advise someone first who is a higher rank above me e.g. an admin.

Why I should be chosen: I believe I should become a moderator as I have had plenty of experience, I was an admin on another Deathrun server and I even got promoted to a higher rank (admin). I also am very familiar with the commands as I used them while playing on previous Deathrun servers where I have been Admin . I am also a very mature person and I can deal with a situation if necessary and If I don't know what to do I would ask people who are higher up than me e.g. Admins for help. You may see from my game tracker that I haven't played the server that much, however this is because I have only just discovered the server, but I can guarantee that I will build up that game time. Having lots of experience makes me stand out as I know what I'm doing. My good traits are that I am a calm person and can diffuse a situation well, like I've mentioned previously I'm also experienced. Something you will not see me doing is abusing my powers, as I believe it is unfair and effects the other players, which would give a bad influence on me and my fellow staff. Your activity isn't very good and we recommend that you have 2 weeks worth of activity before applying for staff. I don't know what you are like in game as i've never seen you. Other than that, your application is good and covers everything well.
