Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
being a moderator has increased my understanding of the rules, how F1s and sits should be handled, and also how to RP and still do f1s, but as an admin, I would be able to continue learning about new commands and ways to help everyone have a good experience.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
the worst thing I've had to overcome is LTAP and people that don't care if they're warned. there was these two people that would non-stop Rdm and prop spam at spawn. so I froze them and took the to a roof and they started screaming at me to unfreeze the so I warn one of them then the other one ltaped. Then maybe 5 minutes later he reconnected and started mass rdming again with his friend. so I froze them again and they both disconnect.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
Ethos
The aim of moderation on the server is to improve the experience for people, not to interrupt people’s roleplay when it’s not necessary.

Handling Reports (F1s)
Open the F1 Menu by pressing the "F1" key!

From here you can

• See Unhandled reports & Currently being handled reports
• See Who Has NLR and where
• Check logs
• See all recent warning Given

Right clicking an F1 will pull up the following menu.
At the top is who made the report
Discard as Spam or Abuse will remove the report
Copy will allow you to copy the information such as the reason submitted
Click "Handle this" to Handle the report then Right Click the F1 again for some helpful options

Goto will teleport you to then player that made the request.
Bring will teleport the player to you.
Mark as Finished will close the f1 and remove it from the list.
If you cannot finish the f1 you can click Abort handling this to allow another staff member to handle it.

Commands
With your new rank you have access to many new commands to help you get things done
/Tp
Usage: /tp <Steam ID> This Command till teleport you to the location of your crosshair. If there is a steam id or name after "/tp" the player matching will be teleported instead.
/Goto
Usage: /Goto <Steam ID> This Command will teleport you to the player.
/BRING
Usage: /Bring <Steam ID> This will teleport the player to you.
/Back
Usage:/back <Steam ID> this will teleport you to the location before you teleported.
/Freeze
Usage: /freeze <Steam ID> This will Freeze the player and not allow them to move or look around or shoot
/Warn
Usage: /warn <Steam ID> <Reason> This command will warn a player.
/UnWarn
Usage: /unwarn <Steam ID> This will remove the last warning given to a player.
/Kick
Usage: /kick <Steam ID> <Reason> This will kick the player from the server.
/Slay
Usage: /slay <Steam ID> <Normal/Silent/explode/Rocket> This will kill the player.
Checking Recents
The f6 menu will show you all punishments a player has received. it is very useful if you need help to determine if a player needs to be punished or just told not to do it again (Recents are within 2 weeks).

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?


Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words):
believe I should be promoted so I can better handle rule breakers. as a moderator, there are many situations I am not able to handle as effectively as possible. I would be able to remove prop-block without needing to risking my own weapons or making the prop owner remove it. similarly, I could deal with people that ltap and jail the people that don't learn from warn. With the ability of an admin, I can stop rule-breakers when I see them not have to try and get they're name then freeze them.
