Hello Sin,

because you have not followed the template, we don't know your SteamID, Steam profile name or gametrackers. I have no idea what your activity is like and how many recent punishments you have.

If you do not improve your application before tonight, I'm afraid to have to tell you that we'll probably deny you. In that case, please reapply for next week with a proper application.
