When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?
When playing deathrun, it would be appropriate to use the ban command if someone is being extremely disrespectful to both staff, and general players (although it doesn’t matter if it is staff or players, either). Obviously, I would first gag/mute the player until the next map to warn them about disrespectfulness but if they continue to do so when I ungag/unmute this results in the ban command potentially being used. If the player blatantly continues to disrespect then the ban command is used. The only way someone can definitely get the ban is by leaving the game to try and avoid the ban but if they do this, then I would just ban them as soon as they joined.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?
Majority of the time I have to hand out warnings is when the admins/superadmins are not on deathrun the same time as me (probably because they have scary commands ) But overall, I have being dealing with the situations well and the only complaint made was corrected because me and Thai Ming had a conversation and it was all sorted.

Why I should be promoted (Give at least 75 words)
Personally, I think I should be promoted to admin because I am constantly playing ZARP, I am easy to talk to and deal with situations well. I also love playing deathrun and to be an admin would make me happy . I am getting on well with all the other staff especially micky but would love to go to superadmin in the future. Enjoying the server as finished exams (23 hours past 2 weeks) and want to continue! I hope I am accepted.

P.S I would just like to say that I was given a lot of negative feedback last application over a recent warn and I was not allowed to speak my opinion. Yes it was an exploit I admit, but was not purposeful was hitting the ground in the area where the exploit was and accidentally hit it. Of course, I was not listened to because the moderator had put it in chat but felt disrespected as could not even speak my mind. Anyway lads hopefully this time is good enough.

You need to ask for permission again and you need to change your title too.

I wish you could show us proof that you got permission to reapply to admin for this week

other than that , I would expect you to see the reason of denial and try to improve instead of reapplying right away....
anyways, I still have no official verdict
