Explain how you feel that your time as a Moderator will contribute to you becoming an Admin: as a moderator i punished a lot of pepole and helped the server a lot so i think that if i will have an admin and an access to the new commands i can support and help even more

Explain a situation in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command: when someone spammed the mic and i kicked him and is coming back and i muted him and he is just alt tabbing everytime i will ban him

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?: i would teach him the ulx commands and teach him to bind it like so "bind p "ulx menu"
and then i would of teach him how to use it tell him about everything on the ulx menu teach him about the !warn command and tell him how to use the commands currectly and not just mute or kick someone for no reason

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be? i will look through is appeal and talk to an higher rank then me and if we got into the conclusion that will we lower his ban time from perma ban to a 2 weeks ban

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words): i think i should be promoted cause im doing a great job as a mod and agian i think that if i will get an admin and get access to the commands i can help and support way more then i can support now with my limited abilites.

Hello Legion! I have had a look at your application and have noticed that in some of your responses they don't seem to be exactly what you would do. For example, If you were to handle an appeal then you wouldn't need to go to a higher up member of staff you would only need to talk with the staff member who banned the player then decide with them what the final judgement will be. I personally don't think your ready as some of the responses is not what i would expect from someone that feels like they are ready for the administrative role. I think you need more experience and talk to the staff team more. I don't see how you can say your helping out and doing a great job when you haven't been on for over a week now. I don't know if you have changed or name or such but if you have please find your new game tracker or tell me the new name and i can get it for you. As of right now i am going to be voting No sorry unless you can prove your game time.
