Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
I feel that since becoming a mod i have been communicating with the new and old players of the community and fit in well. i also feel that I handle all rule breakers
correctly and fairly issuing the correct punishments they deserve. also, I feel that i have been helping new players in surf teaching them how to surf and how to do and beat the maps
also helping them with any enquirers they ask me and sorting it out for them to keep them happy and satisfied with their time on our server ensuring every player is happy

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
as a moderator I have dealt with a few situations. one of them was a player constantly gun spamming which was annoying the whole server so I stripped them but he kept doing it
i found out that the player was Russian and didn't understand what he was doing wrong so I got another Russian guy on the server to help as a community and communicate with him
to work together with me to fix the problem

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
Hello new moderator welcome to your new job. Firstly you are going to hold tab to open the tab menu then you are going to click on a name. There will be a few option for you to choose from. We will start with mute chat which is used for when someone starts to spam the chat. Next, we move on to mute globally. Mute globally is when someone is mic spamming. Only do this when someone is blasting music down their mic. Next is strip weapons were it will remove any weapon that the user is holding. To use this you need to make sure that the user is annoying other users with their gun and then you can remove their weapons.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology, and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
The way i would handle this is i would say that it is your first time hacking on this server and make sure that you don't do it again. If you do hack again you will be banned again so don't do it again. Your ban appeal has been accepted.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I that I should be accepted for the role of an admin for various reasons. my first reason is that I play on surf a lot and i know the people who play on it really well and i am able to communicate with the players and help them. secondly, I feel I should become an admin because this will then give me the extra help I need to punish rule breakers and they will listen to me more because I am placed in a higher rank also making me more of a role model to the normal players. finally, I feel I should be an admin because I really enjoy surf and spending my time as a mod and feel I am capable of taking the role as a higher staff position
