I would tell them to spectate me first, from scoreboard to click my name and spectate or key F2 way, then when they spectate me i will tell them the basics like don't hold key W, just move your mouse left to right and use keys A and D to move, then when they spectate me they can see how i do it and also can see which key i press, after they have been spectate me little bit i will tell them to try yourself. If they are still stuck on it i will start spectate him and give them some advice and if they are still stuck after that i will tell them to watch basic guide from youtube.

If someone was text/mic spamming I would tell him to stop, If he won't stop i will be nice person and give verbal warning if he still continue i would mute/gag him, If he continues after the mute/gag, i would give him warning and kick from the server if he come back to server and continue spamming i would probably contact higher staff member about this situation and then can see what the higher staff member thinks about the situation.

I would tell them to stop exploiting (verbal warning), if they continue i would get some proof of it and kick them i will contact higher staff member immediately and show them the proofs etc so can get the situation handled.

I am active, nice and very friendly. I know ULX/FAdmin etc, because i had couple of servers before and i have been staff member on couple other servers also. I like zarp much because its very unique and different from other servers, i like help new players as much i can, so they can enjoy of this unique and custom server, i'm on daily about 2-5 hours depends the day sometimes i'm more and sometimes i'm less. You have great activity but considering you have not many days but a lot of time the days you are on, I see you in game

This is a well-written app.

I see from your app that you have some sort of experience in staffing as I can see context such as

I would tell them to stop exploiting (verbal warning) if they continue I would get some proof of it and kick them I will contact a higher staff member immediately and show them the proofs etc so can get the situation handled.

I read the whole app and see that you also like the servers in saying it is 'unique' etc.

I think you would make a great mod.

You have only just started playing on the server but you have amazing activity in the few days you have played. If you play today and tomorrow and get the same amount of activity, you'll have a great chance to be accepted. Good luck! While I'm not much of a forum poster, I still feel like I should reply here. I think you've got a great personality, super friendly, helpful and really quite 'chatative'. You try to help players as much as you can. I even think you sometimes mess up a good run just to help players - that's the kind of guy who should be given a shot, in my book.
