When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?:
It is appropriate to use the ban command when a player is constantly breaking the rules e.g. Using hacks which gives them a blatant advantage. If the player is constantly disrespecting staff and/or other players and ignores warns/gags/mutes/kicks from staff then the ban command is appropriate. Also, if the player disconnects from the server and then rejoins to avoid punishment (gag/mute) and then continues to disrespect then they are also worthy of the ban command as they know they are doing wrong (breaking the rules) and yet continue to want to do so.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?:
There was a situation with a disrespectful player who disrespected both the staff members and other players. I had to gag/mute him but he disconnected from the server and rejoined to avoid the punishment. The situation was handled quickly and the player soon left but as admin i could have used the ban command to handle the situation quicker and more effectively.

Why I should be promoted:
I should be promoted as i am very active on the server and have had over 4 weeks worth of time as moderator. I am friendly and willing to help out new players and I am quite chatty with the staff team and other players. I know the rules well and recognize quickly and efficiently how and where to distribute punishment. If i am promoted i can continue to keep the server a friendly place to play and i will continue to distribute punishments appropriately and effectively.

hello jj!
like oggy said you have applied with not so much time being mod.
you definitely need to wait a bit before applying because of the following...

you don't handle many situations and tend to leave them to other staff members to deal with
you don't have much experience as moderator.
your application Is rushed and basic which shows a lack of dedication.
you aren't consistently active on the server

I completely disagree with you here and the only thing I feel jj is lacking is a tiny bit of experience otherwise in my eyes he is a perfect candidate and even then jj can easily prove he is experienced "IF" he was to get accepted by continuing to do a great job but as an admin

His app is rather detailed and has all u need to know when answering each question and he is active and handles situations when he is on

Thanks for applying! I would firstly like to fully agree with Rob. The only thing which I can think of at the moment is your experience as Moderator.
