Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin: I feel like i should be promoted, because i'm on daily (Unless i'm busy) I do my job, look for rulebreakers, and i'm the best i bhop

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
There aren't really a lot of rulebreakers, but when there is, I handle it. A few days ago, A guy was constantly breaking rules. I was doing my best to handle it, And till the end, i came to a conclusion to verbal him. I wouldn't say constant doe, It's only like 2 rules.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?: Hello player x, And congratulations on getting Moderator! First of let's have a look at the commands!
Kick: Kick does you kick them from the server with a specific reason. We want to avoid using this command mostly, but if it's needed the most, use it.

Mute chat: Mute them if they are being disrespectful, spamming, being racist and such things.

Freeze command: You don't really need to use this. Everything mostly happens in chat so i don't see why you need to use it.

Slay: Slay them if they have done an exploit or certaint things like that.

Strip Weapons: There are no certain need for this. (If there is anything special, please tell me)

Mute Globally: Mutes their mic from talking ingame. They can speak, but nobody will hear it except himself. Use this command if they've been abusing voice chat. Racism, Disrespect etc....

And last but not least, Teleport: Teleport people if they are using an exploit, or you can slay them to get them away from there.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Hello player y! You seem to be sorry enought for your mistakes, And you've been banned for a long time. I have come to a conclusion to ACCEPT this. Thank you for appealing! Make sure not to cheat again;)

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words): So, i know i've been only MOD for a week, but i think i'm ready. I've been to a meeting, I do my job very well on the server, I am on mostly everyday, And if i'm not, i'm usally doing something else. I am very friendly, And i handle rulebreaks as soon as there is and can. I know this isn't 100 words, but i don't really have more to explain.
