What is Ghosting? and give an example:
Ghosting is when a dead player or a spectator gives information to an alive player to give them an advantage that could change the outcome of the round. For example, when a spectator tells a runner which portals to go through, if they didn't know, is ghosting whether the portals were correct or not.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
If a player is being disrespectful to a member of staff or to anyone in general, I will first ask them nicely to stop. If they ignore my first warning, I will tell them to stop again. If they disobey and continue to disrespect, I will then gag the person and give them a warn for disrespect.

Why I should be chosen:
The reason why you should chose me to become a Deathrun moderator is because I am always online, I will be there when someone needs any help and I will be there to punish any rule breakers. The second reason is that I am friendly and calm, I don't get heated when someone argues with me or disrespects me in any way. The third reason is that I will always try to stick to the rules but sometimes I might accidentally break a rule (e.g Reactivating a trap), but if it does happen, I will apologize and give a reason as to why I have done it. The fourth reason is that I will not be biased or unbiased to anyone on the server as it will be unfair if I am biased to someone or unbiased. The final reason is that I will not abuse my position of being a moderator and I will not take advantage over anyone just because I am a member of staff.

What is ghosting and give a ]example

This is a example.
on map helix.

Player 1 makes it to the lasers. Then he presses the code but does not say anything. Therefor only he knows the code.
Player 1 has died on the lasers.
Player 2 has made it to the lasers and asked. What is the code.

Player 1 is dead and says 249

Weather it is true or false.

I've seen a lot of you in-game and you interact and help people a lot. Your activity is good and you have the recommended 2 weeks of activity. I've never seen you cause issues and from what I believe you have no recent warnins. With this in mind keep your activity up and don't get into trouble and you'll be fine.
