♠ Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this? ➤ A week ago or so a player was talking about issues of politics and racism, as there was no staff in game, the only thing I could do at that moment was verbal warn, then he continued talking about the topic then I warned him and I muted Him for one map. In the following map he continued talking about the subject then I kicked him and in the end he left the server. If I had had the rank of Admin, I could have banned him and easily finished without much effort.


♠ Why I should be promoted ➤ (We recommend around 75 words) Well, first of all I think that I should be promoted since I have very clear how to act before a case like a rule breaker, I would like to have this great opportunity to be Admin on a server as special as ZARP since I entered this I love the community because it is full of good people, especially the staff. If you give me this great opportunity you will see that I am a fantastic Admin, mainly because I have learned a lot this time as moderator and I see that I am very prepared for the next rank, maybe you think that I am not prepared at all, but it is not so because I have enough experience to ascend to this rank and if I get this rank, you will see that I am a great member of the staff team and you will not be disappointed.

You only got staff 2 weeks (by the meeting) and because of this I feel like you should wait. You only just got your rank back and you need to show your trusted with the power first.You have gotten into some disputes on the server which I think you need to work on your relationship with other staff members.

Although you do your job as a moderator and are very active on the server, I do believe you should wait before applying for Admin. Being demoted isn't as easy as enrolling into the staff team again and going straight for another rank. You need to show that you can be trusted with the powers you have been given. I also feel you should try and communicate more with the staff team by either chatting in admin chat or join teamspeak.

Good Moderator IMO but should wait a bit before applying for admin anyway if you want to show all your activity you might want to put some more of your old gametrackers!

Mabey you should get more activity but is very nice ingame and helpful

Really great and friendly moderator who knows the rules well. Does a good job as mod and is very active on the server. Might be applying a bit too soon but I wish you good luck anyway.

Hi Sainte, you have only been mod 2 weeks and although you're active i think you still need to prove yourself before you should become admin.

I am changing my opinion after recent actions in game, you have been spoken to about constantly changing your name (yes i know it isn't a rule break or anything) and you specifically promised not to change it again; 16 times in 2 months is ridiculous, you promised and have now shown you cannot follow basic staff instructions.
