Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command

If a player has 10+ recent punishments, I would tell them to stop breaking rules, if they don't stop and break another rule I would ban them, I would ban the player for 1-3 days.

If a player RDM's three or more people and then leaves to avoid punishment I would find it appropriate to use the ban command and ban them for one day.

Explain how you would handle the following situation

Player X appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hello player X, I have looked at you ban appeal and have decided to accept it, I can see that you put a lot of effort into this appeal and are extremely sorry for what you have done, please remember that we do not tolerate cheating as it ruins the game for other player's.

Why I should be promoted
I think I should be accepted because I want to help out the server by punishing rule-breakers, I also consider my self a friendly player, right now I don't have good activity at all as I just got back into TTT and have only played today this week, but I will be improving my activity greatly, I also consider myself dedicated to the server and trusted enough to be admin.
Extra Information
I know my activity is pretty much horrible right now but I will improve that as much as I can before the meeting,
this will probably get denied because I don't have good activity and I just came back to the server but I don't see any reason not give it a shot this week.

Hello Plebian, You used to be a great admin, but the reason why you resigned is because you got bored of TTT. You've only come back for the past three days, and sure your activity might be great but it's still only a few days regardless. I feel like you need another week before becomming admin again.
