Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
A situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command would be then a player mass RDM's and leaves server to avoid any kind of punishment

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I would thank Player x for appealing. I would unban Player x and i would warn him to be careful next time. If Player x is banned twice for Cheating then i would think about it. I would not unban any player's who have been banned more than twice in their history, because they clearly didn't learn in the first place.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):.
I have been moderator for 3 week's now so i decided to go for admin. I want to do more for this server and help player's. I treat everyone equally, didn't punish anyone without a reason. I'm not abusing my moderator's power's and only use them then i really need these power's. I'm trying to stay active as hard as i can. I have received feedback from this community's player's and this has encouraged me to apply for admin. I think i have got enough experience and i'm ready to become admin.

I made my admin application in 20 minutes during the meeting and it was more detailed than this. Just try to add any extra details, and if you know how to, use some more BBCode to make it look nicer.
