Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command: a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command is when a player use a a program known as hacking to gain an advantage over over players.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player X appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Dear player X, as you know i have banned you permanently for hacking on one of our servers. You have appealed to remove your ban. in your appeal you state that you are sorry for hacking and ruining the game. If you promise not to hack again or do anything that lets you gain advantages over players, i will change your permanent ban to a few days. Please don't ruin the game again. Enjoy the server.

Why is should be promoted(we recommend 100 words):
I feel i should be promoted to admin because i think that in the few weeks i have been a mod i have handled reports and helped other players out with their reports and feel that i could do more to help them out if i was an admin. i think i'm capable of a higher staff status on TTT. When ever im the only staff on, there are a few people that break rules and commit mass RDM and the only thing i can do is slay them. I think that with admin rank, i will be able to punish those who think they can get away with breaking rules.

After comparing the applications side to side your ban situation explanations look strikingly similar to Boatzy's with a few choice word changes...

by ban situation, do you mean the player x one. if so i could rewrite the response if it proves that i didnt copy Boatzy's app

There i changed the ban situation to prove i didn't make mine similar. sorry for this happening. i didnt do it on purpose Boatzy. forgive me!!!!!!!!!
