Leadership
I believe that I hold many Leadership capabilities. This Can be shown as I currently hold a Head Administrator rank on Surf and Super Admin on SSRP. On these servers both of the staff teams look up to me as a person and look at me as a leader for team and a person who can lead the server and the currently staff team. I feel like from being a Super Admin for three months now and SSRP and Surf Head Admin for one month, I feel like I have gained a lot of leadership skills. I feel like Leadership skills is really important to have as a Head Admin due to the fact that all of the Staff team , Mods, Admins and Super Admins look up to you and see how you handle situations within the server. These Staff look up to a higher rank to see their leadership skills to take on for themselves and help them improve as a person and a staff team member. I believe that I am a strong leader and that I can help bring the staff team together. I feel like I also show leadership within meetings and stating my points when its needed, if its accepting a new super admin or voting on a demotion, I try to make everything fair and make sure that the staff team deserve the correct punishment needed. I also watch over staff most days and push them to help out more and where to improve in situations, this helps the staff develop and become stronger for themselves and helps strengthen my leadership skills.

Experience
I feel like I have gained a lot of experience as a lead team member / super administrator. This is because I have now been a super admin for over 3 months now, some of you may say that hasn't been as long as others. But I feel like its been a long time and also due to me having another lead team role which is currently a Head Admin position on Surf. This shows that I have experience as being a head administrator in one of the servers in the community. However, this Head Admin position may be different as how SSRP Head Admin will work as there is a lot more capabilities that you need. But I feel like I have learned most of these from being Surf Head Admin. During my time as a Super Administrator I have ask for improvements in places every so often. This helped me gain more and more experience by achieving these improvements and has helped me develop as a lead team member. So far I feel that I have made no mistakes because I haven't been reported on the forums for any issues about my SSRP position, I have never really been reported. This shows that I have achieved a lot of experience and know what I am doing so I don't make any mistakes when dealing with situations/staff reports. I believe with the experience I have has shown that I would generally fit into the Head Administrator Team.

Trust
I believe I have a lot of trust within the community. This is because I currently hold two lead team positions SSRP Super Admin and Surf Head Admin, I also have Team Speak Staff and Prop-Hunt Administrator. I also currently hold three forum staff sections that being General Discussion, Semi-Serious RP and Report Abuse. This shows that I am a trusted staff member across the whole community and that I can be trusted with the Head Administrator rank within SSRP. I feel like all my trust with these powers show that I am an overall trusted community member. Also my trust within all the servers puts the other staffs trust on myself. This level of trust shows that the situations that I handle with be handled in the correct order and not have any issues within the trust wise.

Active
Overall I believe that I am a really active staff member in the community. This is because I play on all the servers which I'm staff on nearly everyday if I can, this shows that I will always be online when needed at times. If I am not on a server in which I am staff on I'm most likely working on something or busy with something on another server. Activity is a high priority for becoming a Head Admin as you have to be online and trying to help out other players with situations or issues. Also helping out staff around the servers is another reason for having high activity. I feel like I meet these standards of the activity needed for Head Admin as I'm online everyday trying my hardest to help out where I can. Also I get 400 minutes + each day which is an insane amount. I currently have over 80,000 minutes on server one which is good as it shows I'm always online and there when needed. Now that school is over for me I can help out even more and more as I can be online when needed which is good. Overall I feel like I meet the activity requirement.

Dedication
Overall Everything above links to my insane dedication to the server and the community. It shows that I want to be here to help the community go in the right direction. I feel like everything above links in with my dedication as it just shows how much I do for the server being active, trusted, experienced and also shows my leadership skills. I have been in the community for 3 years now which is a large amount. I have been staff within SSRP for over 1 year now which is a very long amount of time. I have worked hard on the SSRP servers and the other servers where I hold staffing ranks showing my dedication on the servers. SSRP is the server that I'm most dedicated to due to the fact that its Zarps biggest server and that it is the server that I mostly enjoy.

My Personality
My personality is to always be a fun guy. I try to keep the staff enjoying the servers as much as I can. I try my best to always be in contact with staff and have good times with them like playing with them , talking with the Everyday etc. In General I'm just a friendly guy who loves helping out players across the community. Also I just have a laugh and banter with some of the current Staff team and also random Players in which brings us closer together and gains trust between us.

Situations
During my time as a Super Admin I have come across and dealt with many situations within the SSRP server and around the community. There was been quite a few of them and here are some.

Hackers: During my time as a Super Admin I have came across a few hackers within the server and dealt with them in the correct order. I have handled every hacker in the correct way ever since I have gotten Super Admin. So far all of them have lied so rip.

Staff Reports: So far during my time as a Super Admin I have dealt with many staff reports within the server and the reports on the forums. I have handled many reports and dealt with them in the correct way making sure the staff member is given the correct punishment and that the report has the correct outcome.

Contacting Staff Members: Every week or every few weeks I try my best to contact staff who are inactive or have a low f1 count. I will speak to them about their inactivity or else their F1 and find out their reasoning about having it. I will then note it down on a sheet so all the lead team know why that staff member is inactive or has low f1 counts and the reasoning for them.

Training: Every week I train most staff who have been accepted for moderator or promoted to admin. I make sure that they know what they are doing and know the correct way to handle in-game situations, I'm always online to be able to train the new staff. Most new staff contact me to train them because previous staff tell them to come to me as my training to them were very good.

My Goals as a Head Administrator
My Goals as a Head Admin is to bring staff closer together and make sure that all off the staff members are doing their jobs in correct order. Also With Head Admin if I get accepted I want to keep the staff members under control. In which means accepting the correct people for Super admin and Head Admin. Also I want to keep the staff being mature at all times and make sure no fights/arguments are happening in the team and make sure everyone knows what they are doing. Also I want to make sure that the staff are enjoying their time as a staff member and make sure that they don't just given up as people are hating on them and make sure that they control themselves and don't abuse etc. Also I want to make sure that the Super Admins are always doing their jobs in the correct way and always training people to the best of their abilities.

I've seen Onion handle alot Report Abuses and he handles them very good.

Onoin, you're active and interactive with your staff. If you see a person that haven't done their F1 count you ask them why before the meeting so that you know the reason before mentioning them in the LT meeting (I know this out of personal experience)

Alright Sada,

I don't always afk in game all the time and also I do raid pd and bank a lot and also I do interact with many staff and users within the servers, If I'm standing still in game I'm mainly tabbed out talking on ts or being on the forums. Also I do Staff on another 2 servers on which I have to be on as well so that's where I am most of the times. So I do stuff a lot and myself and ace and mainly the active lead team members and we are always training. I help out a lot of staff a lot and train them aswell.
