Experience:
For a while now i have been here at Zarp. The server i love the most is the SSRP server and i managed to achieve the Super Admin rank. This means i am leading almost the whole SSRP staff team which sometimes can be stressful but in my opinion i think i showed enough that i can handle this rank and be ready for a higher staff position. From being an Admin to a Super Admin i have handled a lot of different situations such as dealing with mass rule breakers to catching hackers and abusing staff members.

Trainings:
For my time being a Super Admin i have trained a lot of people and none of them got demoted or officially warned. Now off course it all depends on the players decisions but explaining how you use your powers and how to handle F1's is really important and i feel that i have been doing a good job with that. In the end i always ask if they have questions before i end the training. I try my best to make everything clear to them and in the end i also give them my steam link so they can add me if they have any questions about staffing or other things in general.

My personality:
It is always hard to say good things about yourself but here we go. I am trying my ass of to respond as fast as possible to people who either need help, have question or other things. I will do anything in my power to help them and if i do not have the specific power i always go to someone that can (Most likely Para lol sorry bud ) Anyways i also try to be friendly towards every player and not let real life things decide my emotions on Zarp. I am a calm person and that is a good quality especially for a lead team member. I always decide for my own and have my own opinions ready for a person. Could be positives or criticism about someone and i am not afraid to give them my opinion.

Respect within the community:
I have build up a lot of respect within the community which makes being able to contact players a lot faster and easier. Now this is important as a Super Admin but even more as a Head Admin. I can say that i am proud of myself on how many friends i made and i would like it to keep it that way. From players that rule break to owners of the server it doesn't really matter. If you respect me i will respect you and that is something i hold to myself to everyday. I would also like to thank everyone who is helping me being a great lead team member. Sometimes everyone needs help and i got many people that can back me up if needed to which is a good feeling that you are not standing alone on everything.

My former and current ranks (This is the trusted part)

Former Surf administrator:
I have been a admin on surf for quiet a while and recently resigned for it because my goal was to help out where needed but looking at the current staff team i thought i did my job to keep the server clean enough. Now we have a even bigger staff team to keep the server clean so my job there was done.

TeamSpeak 3:
Currently i am a Teamspeak staff member which is really nice to have since i can move to every channel quickly and easy. I can also punish users if the break TOU and my skills over the whole community fits very well within Teamspeak for example how to threat them in a fair way. I try to react to pokes as fast as possible and help out where i can. When someone makes a report about a other user i bring them both to a spacer and talk about the situation calmly and try my best to solve the situation fast and effective. Of course fair for both users.

Prophunt:
Prophunt is where i had the same goal as surf but i didn't thought i would stick to this server when i think i helped enough in the beginning to have a clean server. i actually like it very much and i have to say i thought it would die out quickly but it didn't. Much respect for Xnator and Grumpy for making a great server. Well done lads! I hold the moderator rank for now but i will apply for admin as soon as i can if i can get the activity up.

Forum staff:
I am a moderator on the forums in the section General discussion. This section is one the busiest sections of the forums and so a hard job to do but i feel that i am doing a good job so far. I try my best to respond to questions i can answer and lock threads,edit them and delete them if needed as fast as possible so no other user will be disturbed by it. People who break TOU in my section will be reported to global moderators or higher and i will delete or edit the post. If i think it is a ban worthy i always go to global mods or higher as fast as possible to get them banned since i do not have this power at the moment.

Semi-Serious Roleplay:
For a while now i have been a Super Administrator on the SSRP server and enjoyed any minute of it. I handled a lot of different F1 situations and handled them professionally, correctly, Greet and wish people a good day when the F1 is done and take my time (not rushing the F1's) to make sure the one who made the F1 is happy about the outcome and the person who got reported to treat him fairly and also look at his Point of view at certain situations. Not only the F1's situations is something i handled but way more things like other staff members abusing there powers and giving people advise on how to handle certain situations as a staff member. I am always trying my best to keep that up.

I strongly believe that you should get it more than anyone else right now. I rarely reply to applications like this, but for the people who for whatever reason haven't seen, Ace is always working hard to make sure every staff member does their job well and make sure that everyone has a good playing experience. He is definitely one of the best staff members.

Ace, you're a very friendly, approachable staff and more specifically lead team. I think with your background in the Community, Experience as an SA, and large amount of commitment as a staff in the community in general.
