What is Ghosting? and give an example:
example of ghosting when you are playing death and there is a doors trap and a dead player tells the runner
whice door is right another example on map minecraft there are two doors if a dead runner tells the runners
whice door is right then that is ghosting

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
first im gonna tell them to stop Being disrespectful to other players and give them a chance and warn them and if they didn't stop mute them for a while and if they still didn't stop kick them and report what happened for an admin

Why I should be chosen:
i play at the server alot and i think i will be a good mod and i want to help the server Because the server is amazing and i hope the best for the server and thx all for the Attention and i if i got mod i will try my best to help the server

Thanks for applying! Although your activity is good, your application is very rushed and lacks a lot of detail. You need to answer the questions in more detail and give some examples where appropriate and i've checked and you have no recent warnings. Good Luck! This has a lack of detail and requires improvement. I'd !warn them as mods can do that. However you can kick too! If they still continued then i'd report to an admin

This can also be improved a lot. I Think this because your disrespectful paragraph is bigger than the reasons you should be chosen. Also you haven't described what you can provide for the server. You said that you've been a previous mod. and that's it. To say your a good moderator, i'd enjoy seeing what you can provide as this.

I have a mixed opinion as your activity is decent.
