Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time: I would first refer them to the wiki and ask them to skim over that to gather a comprehension of basic gamemode mechanics then I would tell them if they have any further questions they can let me know. If they have trouble with a stage and I know how to do it I'll offer them to spectate me.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming: If it was minor text/mic spam I'd probably give them a warning then ask them to stop. If they continue then I'll give them 5 minute gag/mute. If when unmuted/ungagged they still continue I'll issue a 10 minute gag/mute. If they still continue I'll kick them and inform them this is their last chance to stop then if all else fails I'd see if a higher up could ban them for a short time, or pmute/pgag if available.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: This would depend largely if it's intentional use or not. If they are intentionally exploiting the game I would go kick>ban (for one day if i can get a higher up to do so). If they were doing it intentionally and have a previous offense for the same thing I'd recommend a week ban. The ban would keep scaling from there based on previous offenses. If I am unsure or the user is unintentionally exploiting/glitching then I would go warn>kick>ban. Same ban times as above (Although after a warning and a kick I can probably guess any further exploiting/glitching is likely intentional.)

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): I think I can bring a great deal of professionalism and maturity to the staff team. (Not intending to imply it doesn't have such already) I have experience staffing that totals up to 1-2 years. I have been an Owner of a community for a year or so, Mod/Admin on multiple, and 2 month admin on another right now. If a staff member wants me to specify community names for any reason I will. My experience combined with my maturity and manageable temper, I believe, makes me a perfect candidate for staff. I always strive to make a community better and help it grow as a whole. (Sorry that was so long, I always have a lot to say)

Extra Information: Thank you to anyone reading this application. I hope you will consider me heavily for a staffing position and will accept criticism in places you think I need to grow. I hope my playtime doesn't bring down my overall likelyhood of becomming staff too much. If you think I should wait a while and reapply once I get some more hours in I will gladly do so. Your application is ok, there's just one problem. You cannot ban as a moderator. You will need to edit your application with that in mind.

Your activity is good, the main problem is you have just started playing on the server. However, I have seen players be accepted with just 2 days of activity so I think you'll be fine.

Hello Cub,

I have some small concerns, as you seemingly own your own server. Is that part of a different community? If you want to be staff on Zarp, you can't be staff in any different Gmod community. If that's purely a private server it's fine, though.

Anyway, you have pretty good activity for these past few days. If you keep that up until Friday then you might get it.

Fixed the wording in the application.

The community I own is so small you could practically call it a private server. It's solely small time and I'm doing it just for fun. If you can't accept me due to my current staffing situations that's fine, but if possible I urge you to consider me anyways, thanks!

Seeing that your an a Owner of another community and a Admin in another, Its not allowed. So I don't see you getting staff.
