How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator I am currently staff on three Zarp servers, I am TTT Admin, Bhop Admin and Prophunt Admin and I am active on All zarp servers some more than others, I am active on Deathrun Everyday, DarkRP Everyday, TTT Everyday, Surf sometimes just started playing it really, Prop hunt every day and Bhop Everyday, I try being as active as I can considering I have many other servers I play and Homework, School, Sport ETC. I try my best at being active. I am currently trying my best to stay the way I am, Stay mature and try to be the best I can at staffing. Prophunt is one of my most favourite Zarp servers and sometimes there are encountered problems that SA Should handle, I know the staff ethoes And I can ususally stick to them and do my best to Administrate the servers and do whats right all the time. The server itsself is ok usually clean from rulebreaks but sometimes late at night there can be issues or in the orning, During the day there is no admins online and sometimes there will be. I have NEVER Been banned on ANY Zarp server ever or FP I am also active ON FP I feel like I should mention that as it is tied into zarp and I have also never been banned there, I am active on Zarp Forums And Zarp TS And FP TS And FP Forums. As I am Active and trusted etc. I feel as I am ready for the SA Position on Zarp prophunt

What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team Well starting off as I said I am active on DarkRP,Deathrun,TTT,Bhop,Sometimes surf and Prophunt as well as the Zarp TS And Zarp forums and the FP TS And FP Forums. I have much interest in the Prophunt server so I will not reSIGN

I am also active on the prophunt server as much as I can trying to level out all the Zarp and FP Servers I play but out of them All I usually play prophunt a lot more than any other Zarp server there is and I love the prophunt server. I do my job well I feel and I feel as I handle situations in a correct and good way that it should be done, Prophunt isn't a giant server but it is a good one and does get a wide range of players usually never leveling below 20 and that is good but sometimes no admins are on because they are busy and there are problems for SA+ and I come and sort out the situation, A lot of the time the rules aren't known and people break simple rules such as Door blocking etc.

That is why I feel I am a good candidate for the Prophunt SA Position


Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available One time there was this chill dude who I was playing with for hours, He didn't break any rules and played ok and there were a lot of people on the server, Then he started getting a lot of first blood and most kills so I decided to watch out for him, Then he asked "How often do hackers get caught on the server?" I said about 1 every two days gets banned, That was alright and after about 20 minutes he kept getting most kills etc and I wanted to get a SA+ to anti-cheat him and after about 20 minutes of him getting most kills I saw (Console) "Player X" Has been kicked from the server "Hacking,Don't do it again) The problem could have been dealt with a lot sooner if there was a Lead Team member available

A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly I would ask the staff member to come on to the Zarp Team Speak and bring him to a spacer to talk about this. I would start off by asking what the user has done, If he has done several bad things and has been banned for a very long time, E.G 2 Weeks, That may be a right punishment, i would talk to him and ask him if he has any concerns or questions about ban times and valid ban reasons which he should know, If he bans someone for spamming for a week that is obviously to long for spamming, So I would speak to him about the staff team ethos and how we should judge the ban times etc. The from there we may reduce the ban times or increase etc.

A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation I would help out the staff first by helping him along to try and keep the user calm and under control while we try to deal with the situation, I would bring the Staff to a TS Spacer and talk to him about how we should handle these type of things after the problem is solved, I would go through how to act with Racist, Sexist, defiant and aggressive users. Then when another problem like this arises he should be able to deal with it, I would ask him if he has any questions or concerns regarding these type of things and help him out.

A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation I would once again take the staff member on the Zarp Team Speak and to a spacer to talk about his actions,Why he done it and if he knows the rules properly, If he does not I would warn him to hurry up and read them and if he doesn't and keeps messing up with the rules and breaking them I would still take bring him up with the Lead Team members at the Lead team meeting and ask about their opinions on the situation at hand and then we could all talk to the staff member and help him if he needs it but if he keeps lying and breaking rules it would result in a demotion.

A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation I would speak to them in a spacer with the two staff members who started the argument and show them what has broken out because of what they started, Then we would try to get all of the staff team together to resolve this situation by talking it out, Why the argument happened and settle the argument to where all the staff are even with each other and work together for the server, users and the community's sake.

You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member I would take the staff member to an empty spacer and explain the consequences and what he is doing and what we are supposed to do and try to prevent as a staff team, We are supposed to prevent rule break and keep all the users within the server safe and happy but if he is going to be a staff who is ruining the reputation of the server and make users feel uncomfortable then he is going to have to face the lead team and change his ways and if he does not the staff member will most likely be demoted.

Hello Bigwhal,

I'm unsure whether you're a good candidate. Besides the fact that your activity is a little lacking, you've also not been to most of the meetings and you don't really show up on Teamspeak often to speak with the staff team. I believe you're a good admin, yes, but you haven't really shown anything to me that shows that you'd be a good Super Admin, too. Those are only my thoughts, though, so we'll have to see how it goes.
