Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
I've been a moderator for around 3-4 weeks and as an admin I feel I could do so many more things than a moderator

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
I'll explain 4 situations:
1. Once there was an atteped server crash on server 3 and i coundn't do anything cause there was no admin on
2. Twice i found mass rdm and prop block in spawn on server 2 and counldn't ban the players cause i was the only staff on at that time
3. Many times i have had to delete a prop in someone's base (Can't do that cause I'm a mod) So i tped the owner of the props and he didn't want to remove them
4. And LTAP

If you had to write a Facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
congratulations on becoming an moderator on the server. I'm gonna run you trought the 4 basics
1. F1 menu here you can see the f1s that you can handle you should always try to do the f1s whit the highest wait time, and if the person is afk just abort the f1 and tell the other staff about it,
2nd one is warning that in rarly used you should use the F6 menu for that i'll go over that later, 3rd one is the loggs it tells you the Kills,Deaths Disconets and Connects, Name changes, Defibs and arrests,
4th one is active NLR is shows you the nlr everyone has on the server,
2.Tab Menu
1st Option is a kick- you should you use this as a last restort if there aren't any admins on
2nd Option Is mute chat- that stops the user form posting something in chat for your set amount of time use this when people dissraspect in OOC
3rd Option Unban from job- this allows you the make someone allowed to play a certin job if an admin has banned them from that job
4th Option Freeze - Freeze the Targeted person Whic makes them not be able to move,Take dmg or be arrested.
5th Option Slay- Kills the Targeted person and kill them there are 4 options Normal, Silent, Explode and rocket use silent for rp reasons
6th Option Mute Globaly- Gags the Targeted person for a set time not allowing them to talk trought voice chat use this if someone is Mic spaming.
7th Option Teleport- Teleports the Targeted person to your cursor
8th Option Back- Teleports the person to their last location or spawn
3.F6/Rapsheet
That shows you the warnings people have gotten.(Click on a person on the server to show their warnings if someone isn't online at bottom you can find use steam id)
you should consider this when you warn people That is everyting that you need to know for being a mod and heres a tip always use steam ids
4.You warn people by using /warn [steamid] (reason)

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

2nd Option Hello Yellowperson It seems i was the admin that banned you the reason is Propspam and 6 Reacent Warnings and giving this appeal a long hard tought, so i've come to the conqlusion
That your ban will not be lifted *BIG RED SING SAYING DENIED*

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words): I think I should be chosen cause my time as an moderator I've been doing a good job. my past was bad I was a semi-minge but now that has changed. I've been a mod for around 3-4 weeks and I think I'm ready for administrator, When becoming administrator I understand that I'll be carrying a way bigger weight on my back I'll have bigger responsibilities then a moderator, and I'll try to become a better staff so I can make this server a better place for everyone.I think accepting me as an admin would be a good choice.
