What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting)
Ghosting is when someone is dead and tells the people who are alive what the deaths are doing. Also says if someone tells what path to go on.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)
How i would deal with disrespect people. I would warn them and if they carry on i would warn the again. But if they carry on i would gag them for a few rounds.

I understand that you have trouble with writing applications and, with that in mind, your application is fine. The biggest thing you need to improve on is your activity. You are ex-deathrun staff (Mod I think) so you (should) understand the commands you will be given.

Improve your activity and you will have a great chance of been accepted.

U need more constant activity and I would suggest u play for 2 weeks before really applying this way we see that u want to be staff again along with this as others have said can u please answer the questions properly and by this I mean give us a proper reason why we should pick u to become staff again and what makes u different to other applicants

Your activity is alright but very inconsistent. You''ve only been back for a week (properly) so I suggest you play for another week to prove your back, as you've resigned in the past. You had issues when you were staff with struggling to deal with situations but your admin on TTT etc so you are trusted with powers.
